I’m sorry to say I’m pretty done with Pizza Hut. My son started working at Pizza Hut in Las Vegas about 14 years ago , first job. He of course over the years brought home pizzas , pasta , and wings on occasion and it was pretty good. He started as a cook / customer service and later as a delivery driver. After the shutdown of the pandemic we noticed the decline of the quality of the ingredients and slowly quit ordering. Every once in a while they would have a promotion or something and we would give them another shot and usually were disappointed.
I recently moved to Mustang and the other day I decided to try this location for the $10 New Yorker Pizza. The employees were nice and told me it would be a couple more minutes for my pizza which was fine. I was surprised they had a good sized dining area and it was very clean. In Las Vegas they are all take-out and delivery only now. Everything was neat and organized with a couple drink coolers and decorations on the wall and also a large TV.
I took my pizza home and it had good presentation except the slicing was way off. My son and his wife laughed at how it was cut. She manages a local pizza chain restaurant in Warr Acres. I got half Pepperoni and half sausage and green peppers with the spicy pizza sauce. Well , the taste was way underwhelming , like no flavor at all. I put red pepper flakes on it and that didn’t help. I used some Louisiana Hot Sauce and nope that didn’t help. It was just a dead pizza. Last week I stopped at a local gas station / convenience store and got a slice of Pepperoni Pizza and it was so much better than what Pizza Hut puts out now. They also sell a whole pizza for $10.00 which I wish I would’ve gotten instead.
I don’t blame the employees for this bland pizza , I blame Pizza Hut for cutting the quality ingredients they used to use. Even the dough is not the same quality and taste it used to be before the pandemic. It’s a shame that this location has such a nice dining area , but now a bad product. We are done with Pizza Hut.

So I know this should be a bad review but the manager Rebecca Save the day I had bought my pizza for delivery and noticed after 40 minutes that it was still saying in the oven made a call was put on hold and no one came back to pick up. The phone told me my pizza was lost and that they’re slammed I had asked if there could be some compensation said they were gonna talk to a manager and never picked back up so I called back asked to speak to a manager and spoke to Rebecca, very professional, very accommodating actually gave me a refund of my of my order And Had my order redone and put through DoorDash and was very apologetic and very thorough. I think she should have a raise great management. excellent customer service

We ordered 2 large pies on a Monday night. I asked for light sauce on both, and both were DOUSED with red sauce.
The cheese was just barely melted, and the vegetables were not even close to cooked through. Very little charring to indicate a lengthy oven ride.
The food tasted just okay. This experience is not gonna have us sprinting back for more.
The order was made very fast, but at the expense of the final product. 15 minute time to ready, and it was pretty close to that.
We did order through the app.

Austin helped me during a very busy New Year’s rush. Despite how crowded it was, he assured me he would get my food as quickly as possible and he did. He also gave me a free drink for the extra 15-minute wait, which genuinely made the wait feel completely okay. I left with a smile on my face thanks to that thoughtful and kind gesture.

I ordered the $6.99 box for my husband and I for dinner, and I had it delivered. The pizza was fresh and hot, the wings were perfectly cooked and sauced, I got all the sauces I ordered. Everything was delicious! Our delivery driver was very nice and had our food delivered to us still hot. We haven’t ordered from here before but we definitely will again!

Pizza quality is good but holy cow this is the THIRD time I’ve ordered where they forgot the 2 liter. It’s the FIRST item on the receipt.
The first time we ordered I didn’t hear about no drink until the day after (date night, kids stayed home with a sitter) and was supposed to be comped for not receiving our drink. Never saw it comped on any following orders even though they loaded it against my account.
Second time it happened I sent the driver back to the store and she was very apologetic and quick. Definitely appreciated her attitude on the matter.
Tonight is the THIRD time this has happened. Same thing, driver ran back and had the same great attitude, apologetic and made it right.
This locations process is evidently broken forcing these drivers to run back and forth for a measly $3-$4 2 liter of root beer. Management, step up this is really embarrassing.

Terrible expirence!! Ordered online to carryout. Stood at the counter for over five minutes without ever being acknowledged. When I was able to be acknowledged, the staff member said she thought I was the guy who had ordered before me. I told her my name and that I have a carryout, She said it would be five more minutes so I was patient. She handed me my pizza a few minutes later and I drove 15 min to home. I opened the box and discovered it was not my pizza. Drove back 15 min and attempted to call multiple times to have the pizza done when I arrived. No one answered the phone and once I got there I was more upset. They had a line of three people who were not receiving service. I waited for 5 minutes with no movement from the line and said forget this. Left the incorrect pizza on their bar and went home. Ordered a Supreme and got a sausage.

I only like Pizza Huts pan pizza and there were many times I got pan pizza that the dough was not pan. I even called one time and she told me it was pan dough it just hadnt risen yet, even though it was sweet like the hand tossed. I started ordering personal pans so that it wouldnt happen but the last couple of times has been so disappointing. Its actually pan dough but flat as a pancake with no crispy crust. The only thing they do get right is their breadsticks.

Onestly loved how the manager took a loss in order to gain a customer.somtimes you have to grit and bare it .he did disipline the kid but it wasnt mean altho i could tell he was frustrated i got to give props because onestly if they had just thrown pep on and re ooked it that would not have gone over well .also the pizza was awsome ty

Tried ordering online, couldnt. Tried ordering on the app, couldn’t. Had to call in and place my order. When I showed up, there was nobody at the counter for a while. Eventually somebody came up there and took my money. They then disappeared into the back without giving me my pizza, which created confusion with the girl who came up there next. Then, as I was getting into my car, I dropped one of my pizzas out of frustration. I will never be back there, or any Pizza Hut ever again. In Mustang, Marcos is better and Domino’s is faster. There’s literally no reason to go to Pizza Hut ever
