Terrible expirence!! Ordered online to carryout. Stood at the counter for over five minutes without ever being acknowledged. When I was able to be acknowledged, the staff member said she thought I was the guy who had ordered before me. I told her my name and that I have a carryout, She said it would be five more minutes so I was patient. She handed me my pizza a few minutes later and I drove 15 min to home. I opened the box and discovered it was not my pizza. Drove back 15 min and attempted to call multiple times to have the pizza done when I arrived. No one answered the phone and once I got there I was more upset. They had a line of three people who were not receiving service. I waited for 5 minutes with no movement from the line and said forget this. Left the incorrect pizza on their bar and went home. Ordered a Supreme and got a sausage.

I ordered using the Pizza Hut App and chose this store 141 E State Hwy 152 Set #101, Mustang, OK. 73064 for pick up. The app confirmed order and told me and gave me directions to the store. Once at the store location they did not have the order. When asking the two employees Maranda and Brock they said they have no control over the app, online or corporate doings. I asked for the storm owner and they gave me a card with Paul Foley’s name on it saying Restaurant General Manager. They said he would not be there until tomorrow morning. I asked them to call Paul Foley and Maranda and Brock refused to do so. Brock told me I never once said please and was upset over nothing. He went on to say He and the store can refuse service to anyone and since I did not say please I needed to leave the store. The person I was with and myself left without order and no explanation as to why my app order that was confirmed and said ready for pick up was at the store. I even showed them the app saying order is ready and my confirmation email showing order placed and what location it was at. But Brock to me to leave because I did not once say please and was upset. Horrible people working at this location, horrible customer service, horrible brand. I recommend going to another place for your pizza, wings and pasta because this place is not about the customer at all.

Terrible Customer service by the mgr. Always rude w attitude seems he hates his jobs by the way he’s always is , Pizza it’s soaked on sauce try to call to be replaced he was so rude on the phone, He just answer he was training to his employees to make pizzas well he needs to be Re-trained cuz he sucks!! Plus send him to customer service courses too!! Never again Pizza Hut I will give my money to other places!! Take ur money to some where else!!

Took 2 hours to get our order when it was supposed to be 30 minutes. When calling multiple times to find out what the delay was we were promised a credit for our order. Today we called in an order to use that credit and we were told it was only for half of the amount. Asked to speak to the manager who said he had no control over the situation and couldn’t do anything about it. I let him know I would be calling the corporate office because they do not know how to take care of their customers and he hung up on me. Horrible customer service!!

Paid $50 for a super supreme and about a dozen wings with drinks and the pizza reminded me of a $5 All American one topping, toppings were so light it made the pizza look sad. I won’t be going back, I think pizza hut is done. They are starting to cut corners. GoodBye.

Ordered a large pizza and 6 wings. Pizza was worst pizza ever, dry, no taste, chewy. Wings were awesome. Overall price was $36. Overpriced and terrible. Never again.
