This place isn’t worth your time or money. I may sound like a Karen, but EVERY time I come here something is wrong with my order. One of the guys there named Cory is fantastic and always fixes or credits my order, but I shouldn’t have to call and complain to get my order correct. The mobile app also doesn’t reflect what is actually currently available in the store.

Ordered at 6pm. Waited an hour and called. Right after we called the order was out for delivery. Then got a text saying our food wouldnt be delivered till 7:50pm. Got up there at 7:30 and door dash got there right before I did. Food was cold. Short lady and red headed girl got an attitude. pizza hut over the last year and a half has under cooked, burnt, not sauced or cheesed and not season things we order. they messed up one of our so bad that we didn’t get our food for four hours, they offered us a refund and a free order in the future and didn’t follow through on either I’m sick and tired of how the pizza hut in town treats its customers. this time they did not season my melts because of course they didn’t its not like I very simply order 2 of the exact same item or anything and absolutely nothing else… I have never had this happen to me at any other pizza hut, every time they say they are gonna refund us and never do they’ll tell us to wait a certain amount of days the say oh we can’t do anything about that cause it’s been to long, ridiculous.

I have a slightly dim view of Pizza Hut in general, but I have to say this time I was pretty happy. The wings were crispy and had great flavor, bread sticks were nice and fresh and had a great crispness to the crust- as did the pizza. I normally just don’t do a pan style crust, too much bread and usually not well cooked- this one was very good. They’re doing pretty well opening up for full service with changes. Happy with the service.

Dayshift is WONDERFUL! Service. Food. Everything. Night shift is horrible!!! They forget to make orders. They took a hour to make an order of wings and no one was even there but us. They don’t cook food all the way through. The complete opposite of day shift. We go at lunch or not at all.

Ordered on-line and they where out of large pizza crust and bread sticks. I did speak to the manager a few days later and she was understanding and stated that corp. only allows them to order so much. I told her I would be calling Corp and letting them know the issue. Because it was my birthday month I lost my free breadsticks and the manager offered to replace them for me next time I visit.
Went back again after church and by the time we got our pizza’s they were COLD. The waitress never came back to check on us. No one else eating in besides us a party of 9.

Horrible. Ordered 2 zesty Italian pepperoni and ham salads. No ham or pepperoni. Brought this to their attention so they brought us HOT (baked) pepperoni and ham. We were the only dine in customers the entire time we were there. 5 dirty tables never got cleaned up. If we wanted a refill, we had to go ask for it. No wonder the place is empty. Never again.
