I got their $3.00 personal pizza which is offered on Tuesday and Thursday and it tasted amazing and high quality. I chose pepperoni. There was a good amount of cheese and sauce and it was perfectly cooked. I actually liked this pizza more than the small Hideaway pepperoni I got last week. Callie helped me and she went above and beyond. They also have given me 2 DoorDash insulated pizza bags for free since I do that on the side. Awesome place.

We were so excited for the Detroit pizza to come back after eating it several times in February. We ordered this pizza on 8/28 but we were very disappointed with the pizza we received. The box and advertisements indicate that this pizza is supposed to have 50% more cheese, but the cheese was lacking. If this was 50% more cheese, I would hate to get a regular pizza. The appeal of the Detroit style is the crispy cheese all the way to the edge, but this has virtually no cheese around the perimeter. As are the cheese breadsticks, which we have all but stopped ordering.

We ordered the new Detroit pizza and a stuffed crust pizza. The Detroit did not have the cheese it was supposed to and the stuffed crust dough was under cooked to the point we had to put it in the oven to finish cooking it!

1. I ordered 2 large thin n crispy pizzas. Both appeared to be the medium size, not large. Apparently, your company has decided to make the “large” pizzas much smaller than they once were.
2. I requested complimentary packets of parmesan cheese and peppers, but I was told I’d be charged $1 each for a small shaker of both, since you no longer give out free packets.
3. I requested extra cheese on both pizzas, and neither pizza appeared to have extra cheese, for which I paid extra money. In fact, there was very little cheese on one pizza.
4. Very little sauce was put on either pizza. The pizza was dry and without much flavor.
5. Your online ordering system has a glitch. I was given the option to choose one type of sauce sweetened with sugar, but the order kept automatically changing to the classic sauce.
6. My order was an online order for which I picked up, yet my receipt had a place for a tip. Why would anyone be expected to tip when the order wasn’t even delivered?
7. Your franchise obviously has no regard for good customer service.

Not sure who’s preparing the pizzas on a Wednesday but, man, he/she did a fantastic job! Cheese sticks were covered in cheese, pizza had extra cheese as ordered, no skimping on toppings, crispy thin crust, and delivery was HOT! Great job you guys! Thanks!

I used my reward points. Ordered pep lovers. Looked like a regular pep pizza. Ordered crust flavor, there was very little. They did get the easy sauce right. This is the second time from this same location that when I used my rewards I received an inadequate pizza. I do not spend my money at this store and get points to get a bad pizza. I think this would be a time to make the best pizza. No happy at all!
