Wanted to call in a 2 pizza order at 4:30pm on 11/8/2025. A girl answers, tells me to hold. I hear what sound likes some kitchen noises for at least a couple minutes. Then it sounds like she’s taking payment for an order. Then I hear what sounds like pans again. I ask if she’s still taking orders and no response. My phone shows the call lasted 4min 57sec. I finally hung up and called the Santa Fe location, also in Edmond. I drove past the first location to go to the Santa Fe store. Literally SENDING customers to competitors.

I ordered two personal pan pizzas from here earlier. My husband picked it up and ate his before I came home. He threw it back up. When I got home and looked at mine, it was super thick and doughy. I worked for Pizza Hut for about a year and have never seen a personal pan that thick. It looks like it wasn’t put through the oven appropriately. Really frustrating and a waste of money.

Dear Pizza Hut!!! Morgan pierce at the Edmond ok location needs to be terminated ASAP if you want to continue the integrity of this food chain. Allow me to share my experience at this location. I placed an order online at Pizza Hut.com and A few moments after that I received a message saying that the DoorDash Was on its way to pick up my order sure why it wasn’t pizza delivery but I guess it’s a conjoined business with DoorDash, but I digress. Wow, the door dasher was waiting for my order. I got a message saying that it was taking longer than normal and I got a call from Pizza Hut. I return that call and I was told Bye Morgan that the pan was no longer available and that she substituted the pan pizza for handmade which is a cheaper pizza. I asked about compensation due to the pizza costing more and she offered a five dollar cash back compensation which I was fine with proceeded to hang up the phone with her. The DoorDash arrives at my home, and I realized that my drinks Were missing from my order. I asked the door dasher. He said the Pizza Hut forgot it. Proceeded to let me go buy the drinks because I do not want it to look as if I forgot the drink and I can lose my job as That was a nice gesture From the door dasher that was not his fault that the drinks were missing so I thanked him for his service and told him I would go pick up the drinks myself. I proceeded to go to Pizza Hut and show them my receipt and told them that they forgot my drinks. I asked for compensation for having to drive out to this location in Morgan, who I spoke with on the phone proceeded to tell me I already gave you a five dollar cashback compensation I replied yes that was for you giving me a handmade pizza even though I paid for the pan pizza which cost more Morgan proceeded to raise her voice as other customers were in the waiting area which made me feel beyond embarrassed. I told you guys forgot the drink, and she proceeded to argue back and say the door dasher forgot the drinks. I replied that would be odd because The offered to buy drinks or would pay money out of his pocket if he was the one that took it, she proceeded to There’s no more compensation, although this was another mistake on my order and I had to pay delivery fee for DoorDash or which is already high and then waste gas out of my car to go pick up sodas that should have been included in my order in the first place. The professionalism and customer service experience from Morgan. Pierce is beyond unprofessional and problematic. She also proceeded to call the police on me and had me trespassed from the store. The cops even advise for me to go to corporate because they felt as if she was in the wrong and should have compensated me for all the trouble that I have been through. And I plan to take this to corporate because this is beyond unjustly, regardless of how different the pay is, it’s hard earned money that I made, and then on top of that, you forgot part of my order that I had to drive Out and get myself I am also pregnant, which makes the situation even more stressful. I worked in customer service for over 15 years in management and have never treated any customer the way that Morgan Pierce has treated me and my 8 year old daughter was present this establishment.l should take a good look At Morgan Pierce because I believe she is one of the main reasons why the ratings at this location is so low. If this was my experience over something that could’ve been solved by simply Compensating me What was out of control? This situation would not have escalated. I do believe that pierced abused her in the police and having me trespassed, which I feel is disgusting when it comes to dealing with the Public and individuals that Take their heart earn money and decide to spend it with Pizza Hut. There are plenty other places that I can go and get pizza being trespassed is not an issue to me, but to avoid this happening to Others I decided to share my story please think twice before ordering at this location. Hopefully, Morgan Pierce will be terminated in this place can be turned around.

Was not very pleased with the delivery, the door dasher that brought my order forgot my salad and my extra salad dressing that I paid for. Called the store and they wouldn’t Debit my card back for the salad or the dressing, so I waited an hour and a half to get my salad. That has been setting out in the hot to were it wasn’t fresh and cold. It is the stores responsibility to make sure that door dash gets all the order before leaving. spending over $50 for my order, I wasn’t very happy to have to eat my food after every one else already had eaten at home.

Ordered 2 pizzas nearly the same, one stuffed crust and a couple extra toppings…didn’t put any sauce on one of my pizzas or if they did it’s not enough to mention, check out the pic u can clearly see one piece from the other pizza has sauce and the other stinks…would call but after reading all the reviews that said customer service is bad I figure all I’d get is attitude and maybe spit in food if I insist on a replacement

My second time eating delivery from this place and I got the nastiest pizza from there ever!! They messed my order up the first time so I called and the manager was nice and gave me 20.00 off my next order so I decided to try again. HUGE MISTAKE!!! The pizza was dry and nasty, the cheesy bread was not cheesy at all! After not having Pizza Hut in years, this is NOT the way I remember it!

Just picked up a late dinner from this pizza hut. Customer service is a big deal to me. And Miranda was the employee that helped me and she is an outstanding person! The pizza is always great. I haven’t even opened the box yet. I had to rave about the customer service!
