We ordered the pizza melts and there was straight fat pieces in them. We think maybe it was from bacon? Anyway it wasn’t a pleasant experience. I can’t believe I spent $30 on food for my family and it had to be thrown away because it was burnt and had chunks of fat stuffed in them.

Pizza was okay. It was made fresh and had good flavor. Service was outstanding. Logan was our server and he went above and beyond for me to get best deal and kept the drinks flowing while we ate. All I can say is Thank you.

Below par pizza. Used to have great pizza until change in their ingredients. Now expect to have a cheese pizza with very little meat and vegetables because they have also become stingy on toppings. Can get better pizza from freezer section anymore. Very disappointing.
Edit: after last review, I did receive call from the GM and was told changes would be made and give credit for last order to try again at later date. We tried again this last weekend, and we did see a change in the amount of topping on the pizza. We did note it was much better, giving 4 stars now because I’ve had better at a small mom and pop pizza parlor that was really hard to beat. But this location is a close second. Try for yourself and be your own judge.

Honestly dont have any clue if they are any good or not. My husband and I tried twice on the phone to order food, then when that didnt work out we went out to the restaurant and look out better take your glasses cause you won’t be able to read the menus without them. And the little Hispanic girl working is hateful and all get out. We ended up leaving because they had no prices on their menus. (She had to read them because we couldn’t see it) it’s not a place I will be revisiting or recommending. But I remind you I still dont know what the pizza taste like

Ordered one large pepperoni and 2 double orders of cheeses sticks, bill was 49.34. Waitress insisted this one box was 2 double orders. What you see in the picture was 27.96 worth of cheese sticks . A Simple Simons in Waldron would put this place out of business in no time.

This place used to have a salad bar but not this time, or any other time. I wanted some wings but they said the fryer wasnt working. We ended up getting a cheese pizza, my least favorite. The server was great and very attentive. If you want a good pizza hut pizza that is better than the typical pizza hut, this is the place to go. It’s an hour away from us but we will return. We always stop there on our way back from hot springs.

If I could leave a -5 Then I would but this is the only way I can leave a proper review on hear is to give this location the 1 star it certainly doesn’t deserve. I ordered a personal pan pizza and wings. I called the number for this location to add instructions to make it extra crispy. I was told by the customer service representative it was added. My pizza arrives far too soon but I accepted it and not only was it NOT extra crispy, it wasn’t crispy at all. In fact, the pizza dough was gummy throughout and the cheese in the middle was not even melted. You could see the grated cheese pieces. It was completely inedible and thrown out. I couldn’t even eat the toppings. I called for a refund and was denied according to store policy the manager on duty )July 16 at 840 pm). In Addition she claimed to cut the pizza herself and it looked fine. Lies. When I first opened the box I could tell it was undercooked. Lifting this supposed crispy personal PAN pizza piece, it immediately flopped over. I was told I could wait for another pizza or have store credit. Why would I attempt to trust for another hour a place that can’t make something as simple as a personal pan pizza? It made me sick looking at it. The dough wasn’t even cooked through. She added I would have to wait 5 days for the general manager to return my call so I guess the next call will be to corporate tomorrow. Any other restaurant would have gladly given a refund for that sub par food mess. I do not recommend ever using this location or any other if that is the company policy.

I’ve not had service like the service that I received at Waldron Pizza Hut anywhere I’ve eaten pizza– the crew worked in sync with one another, my meal was exquisite, the dining area, and kitchen sparkled, the wait staff was perfectly available without being obnoxious, the atmosphere was chill so that I may focus, sending work emails as I ate, the restroom and parking lot had each been attended– wow, this location is a store that deserves to be recognized. It is my pleasure to take time from my day to do just that. Well done ladies, gentlemen, and them all; thank you.
