Order was made wrong although it was “checked by Angela”. When I called to have the order corrected, the manager became very rude and defensive instead of simply owning up to the mistake that was made by her store and her employees. Filing a complaint with Pizza Hut Corporate was a waste of time after all the hoops you have to jump through, almost like they know and don’t care that orders are being messed up and managers attitudes are unacceptable towards customers. My family won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut anymore and I recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Pizza Hut in Van Buren Arkansas is excellent! We have never had our order made wrong or take longer than 15 minutes. We always do carryout. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have even had them hold the door for me more than once. The store is clean and updated. They do a really great job and our family enjoys the pizza!

I was picking up at door dash order for personal pan and wings around noon to 12:30 on March 21st. I got to my car and a man/manger came to my window and wanted me to give him the order he claimed I tilted the box I got it out of the doordash bag handed it to him he unsealed it opened it up and said there was wing sauce all over the pizza I saw no wing sauce on the pizza. Then he closed the box turned it upside down and started shaking it wing sauce got all over my pants and olives were all over the ground and then he took off with it went back inside the store. I called Doordarsh and reported the incident. I should have called the police. This was the most unprofessional behavior I have ever witnessed from anyone I was traumatized so hopefully someone from corporate sees this post pulls the security camera footage and watches for themselves how this manager behaves and represents pizza hut. I will never order pizza hut again I have told this story to everyone I know. It was unbelievable the way he turned the box upside down and shook it violently I was scared. Maybe pizza hut should seal up the wings in a container and not just set them beside a pizza in a fry tray in a box. Bad packaging for sure but unessessary behavior from pizza hut manager needs to be addressed. I would like an apology! I had already taken possession of the order I should have never rolled my window down for than man. He should have never came out of the restaurant! Pizza hut manager should have never came after me like that.

Made an order for delivery and waited for an hour and half . When I called they said that they refunded my money about 5 mins after I ordered! No calls and no explanation on why they refunded or refused to make my order.
