I picked up my online order and the staff were really nice there was I woman I never got her name but she has dark hair and was working Tuesday night (1/13) I’m almost certain she was a manager super sweet and fun spirited. Anyway the spicy garlic wings are bomb and it looked pretty nice and tidy inside. Side note on my way to pick up the pizza one of their drivers was next to me in the left lane and they let me over when had the right not to. I thought that was nice.

We stopped by for lunch buffet around 11:30a.m. The lady working there was SO nice & friendly (5 stars for her). BUT, the buffet was a huge disappointment. The pasta on the buffet was dried & crusty all on top like it’d been there for hours & hours. The container of marinara sauce for dipping breadsticks looked the same (at least stir it up occasionally so it looks fresh ♀️). Most of the salad bar items looked like they’d been there since the night before (no clue how it could all look so wilted & old at only 11:30 in the morning if it was all freshly put out that morning). There were only 2 pizzas out when we got there, but they did ask us if we wanted them to make a specific pizza for us- which was great (that was the only thing that was great). I hadn’t eaten at a Pizza Hut buffet in years & remember it being so much better. Definitely won’t be back for this.

Got there when they said it would be ready. Paid and was told it would be 5 to 10 minutes before my food was ready. 20 minutes later my husband called to complain. I heard the phone ringing. No body answered. He called back 3 more times before someone picked up. He was told I “could wait for the pizza or wait for a refund.” I received a free 2 liter for the wait. Got the pizza home finally and was thoroughly disappointed with the pizza as well as the experience.

I was a little early picking up my pizza last night and I had wait inside. The lady that helped me at first was really sweet. Sorry I didn’t get her name. Blake he was wonderful to me when he cashed me out and brought out my pizza. Very friendly and wonderful service.

After a 30 minute wait for a personal pizza that I put the order in early on the app (at like 11 am and picked it up at 12:30) this is the pizza. Not even worth the deal that was going on. I understand that they are busy but if you can’t handle the deal going on then don’t have it.

Long day. Stressed. Scrambling to provide dinner to my family. Pizza, it’s decided. I put the order in online and pull up to the drive thru window. There she was, Maranda, like a beam of sunshine after dusk. Beautiful smile, kind eyes, and a warm tone she greeted me. I could feel the tension leaving my shoulders. I hadn’t given them much time between ordering and arriving so it was going to take a moment longer, which Maranda communicated to me ever-so-kindly. If it were anyone else (due to nothing else but my own attitude) I would have been annoyed. But how could I be? How could I possibly be anything but patient when Maranda was subtly reminding me that through all of the stress, anxiety, and inconvenience I could rely on a stranger to put me at ease. While I waited, she personally came outside to give me updates. Once it was complete, Maranda, again, came outside to deliver it to me.
All of this to say, whoever hired Maranda, what a find!! I would suggest doing anything and everything you can to keep her happy enough to continue gracing your establishment with her presence, effort, and generosity. Because without employees like Maranda offering a smile with their service, you’re just another pizza place. Thank you, Maranda, for not only providing my family with a warm meal, but also for giving me this perspective-altering encounter.

They forgot one of my pizzas, had to drive all the way back to get it. The big New Yorker sucks and the crust tastes like cardboard. Lil Cesar’s has better pizza for cheaper.

Maranda was very friendly and made sure my order was correct she actually when out of her way to help me I had supreme pizza with pork out on it ordered because my friend is Muslim it came with pepperonis when it got here he couldn’t eat it so I called back to get a new one I don’t have a car so it must be delivered and she informed me she doesn’t have any driver’s for the rest of the night so she went out of her way to get it doordashed and gave me $5 credit whenever I order next she was very helpful,had a great attitude the entire time so it’s definitely the best Pizza Hut in town thanks again Maranda!!!
