On June 27, 2025, about 8PM, I was traveling and hungry… craving some cheese breadsticks. I found the phone number to the Pizza Hut in Clarksville, Arkansas in perfect time to call and place an order. My order was estimated to be ready about the time I would arrive in Clarksville. It was ready! The service was so good! I can’t remember the young lady’s name. There was something very pleasant and comforting about her smile, so much so that I complimented her about it. My cheese breadsticks were cooked perfectly, just like I ordered them! And they tasted so good! Thank you for making that stop well worth while!

So a day or two ago I bought food from Pizza Hut in Clarksville. I bought 2 large party boxes for my kids that they didnt completely eat that day and today my daughter, after a long grueling school day comes home to enjoy her cinnamon sticks and bites into plastic. Very unwelcoming I can assure you. Please take more care to removing packaging BEFORE giving out orders. ** UPDATE still no word from this establishment to offer an apology. CLARKSVILLE PIZZA HUT SHOULD BE ASHAMED. You would think at minimum the owner would reach out offering a sincere apology at the incompetence of the employee. My children now dread the thought of eating at Pizza Hut in Clarksville or any Pizza Hut regretfully.

Disappointed. Order 2 personal pan pizzas. 1 was pepperoni- 1 was pepperoni lovers, can you tell the difference???
Pizzas were really bland, tasted like a frozen pizza.
The Resturant wasn’t clean. Floor needed to be vacuumed, tables needed to be wiped off, and it looked like the top of the chairs had never been washed. Greasy fingerprints all over them.

I went in for lunch buffet. The lettuce was Brown. I had to pick through to find some that wasn’t which was very few pieces. I went through the bowls until I got to the fifth one that was actually clean enough for me to make my salad. The pizza was fine. The service was fine. They need to rethink about using fresh lettuce and making their salad bar a little more appealing. I doubt seriously that I will go back there to eat. If I hadn’t have already paid for my meal I would not have stayed and eaten there.

All four of us got sick like bad. Got our pizza absolutely covered in grease crust was very doughy and had to keep reminding them we still hadn’t received our drinks even after the food came out. No one else in there and never got checked on even with 3 employees. If I could give 0 ⭐ s I would. Plus 4 teas, 2 pizzas over $70 wth

I don’t know if they just don’t have any pride and work ethic or just a blatant disregard for quality of food and service. I showed up to pick up my pizza at the time it said and when I walked in they looked surprised because they hadn’t even started my pizza yet. The pizza dough was undercooked and my breadsticks weren’t even cut essentially I got a loaf of cheese bread and they look surprised when I ask them to cut it. If the owners reading this maybe you should pop in and retrain your people or give them some motivation to do a better job because this is just pathetic.
