This is the local Pizza Hut that my family orders from. We love it! The staff are always friendly and if there is ever a mishap they always make it right. The manager Vee is very kind and always offers a solution and amazing phone presence. Mario is a great staff member. He is on the phone most times we call. Worst Pizza hut we’ve ever used. We typically like pizza hut, but since moving to Rogers we’ve stopped because this pizza hut is horrible.
A few months ago, I ordered in the app, payed and everything, but the app messed up and never sent the order to the store. When I called, we re-ordered and had to re-pay, we were told the other charge would be refunded and fall off in a few days, well it never did.
Tonight we called and ordered because we thought this was the best way. We ordered for delivery and was told it would be 40 mins. After 50 minutes I was notified it was going to be delivered via door dash, so we called to see about changing to carry out, well to do that, they would have to cancel the first charge and recharge the order without the deliver fee, which I completely understand, but due to our previous experience, we just continued with the delivery. Well our door dasher had another order to pick up and we didnt get our order till an hour and a half after ordering, and by that time, our pizza and wings were cold.
While waiting on the dasher we called Pizza Hut and got put on hold waiting for an associate, well after 10min of being on hold, we finally got to talk to someone. We gave a short explanation about the delivery time and she asked for our number and put us back on hold to look up the on-goin order, after 5 mins of being on hold she hung up on us.
Will never deal with this store again

It’s definitely not my first choice for a good stuff crust pizza. The stuff crust was very bland tasting, lacking flavor. They used to offer amazing garlic toppings for the crust, but I’m not sure why they did away with it. Will just keep my son happy and stick to Papa Johns’ awesome tasting garlic flavor stuff crust pizza!

Enjoyed the triple treat deal.
A few more pepperoni would have been nice. One side was very limited.
2 different pepperoni choices, we prefer the cupped.
No sauce for breadsticks.
Flavor was good.

This location is mediocre on a good day and a nightmare on most; unfortunately we’ve given them too many second tries just due to the low cost and expectation that it won’t be bad the next time.
The pizza tastes like cardboard due to a lack of marinara (despite asking for extra), is light on cheese, and their wings are tossed in a container with a splash of sauce. We didn’t even get a side of marinara with the cheese sticks.

Very inconsistent when it comes to delivery orders! Either the driver is late, food isn’t fresh, or they decide to use Door Dash as a driver. Tonight, they decided to use Door Dash, and push my delivery time back another 20 minutes or more. I called them and canceled the order and got my refund. Won’t use again!

I’m from out of town and I ordered what I normally order in my hometown. I unfortunately wasn’t smart enough to check my pizza until I got back to my rental which is 30 minutes away! If I order NO SAUCE I want NO SAUCE. Pizza Hut sauce is disgusting to me and I compromise eating there by getting NO SAUCE on my pizza. Also the App is horrible on an Android as I usually order on and IPhone and it made most of pizza supremes and not a made to order pizza. For future reference if someone had a weird order call and ask them about it (Greenwood, LA Pizza Hut does). So disappointed and still hungry! If I’m ever in town just know I won’t be back!
