This is One of a few reviews about Pizza Hut. Sunday July 10th. We ordered Pizza again. It was Delivered & you can tell the pizza was slung around in the Box. I don’t understand why the Owners don’t care who they hire to service your Product. Owners have Never reached out or Ever done anything to make this a Decent place in Pea Ridge. Always bad service. On every level. Staff don’t care, Product is THROWN in the box. This is after I fixed the Pizza. Should have took Pics before. Sad thing is Owner. Because of what YOU let go on here. Domino’s is about to put you out of Bizzness. That’s on you

the pizza was cut way unevenly. Only in 7 slices instead of 8. Had to recut myself. since there is no inside seating take a moment to slice the pizza correctly. Not hard to do. I even had added please cut even as the special instructions on the order. They did not even read it. Then acted like I was the issue. I wasn’t rude just showed them it was way way out of proportion. //// ****Update as of 12/31/2022 when we have ordered the last few times they have improved greatly. So I am changing from a 2 star up to 4 star. There is still room for improvement. UPDATE!!! tiday4/26/23. I ordered online. There was an error. The shift manager Andrew seen the error, apologized and corrected the error. I had to wait but no problem. I observed he was very good at running his crew. Aware of what was going on and was able to multitask guiding them. This is rare nowadays. I was impressed. So I am upping my stars from 4 to 5. I hope they keep him and utilize his skills. Thank you for your quick eye.

I’ve attempted three times… My order has came out wrong or overcooked, this is the closest one my house and really wanted to enjoy it. Do not appreciate the attitude or eye-rolling I’m questioning why orders are burnt.

Ordered a tastemaker pizza from the Pea Ridge Pizza Hut. $16 and change. Get home with the pizza and it’s just a plain pepperoni pizza! Called the store. Said bring it back and they’d get the right one. Well maybe I should have but didn’t feel like driving back up there. At the very least they owe me the additional money I spent. Extremely disappointed and probably will go lease where next time

Food is good, but they always seem to put seasoning on the crust even though we specifically choose none on our online order. Today we ordered and it came to us less warm than normal. Odd, but happens. Dropped them one star as well. The dough/crust was much thicker than normal. And the undercooked slightly. Basically through off the pizza because the usual ratio is better. It almost seems like you get what you get with this place. Like you order a pepperoni and you will get pepperoni, but as far as consistency you will not get the same thing every time. They add crust seasoning randomly, the sauce seems like you get less sometimes, or today the crust is way too thick and kind weird.
