So my husband picked up pizza here earlier this month. When he went to look at the pizza and bread sticks, everything was burnt. When he questioned the front counter lady, he was blown off and told that’s the best they could do. We still ate it, but it was dry and hard from the overcooking.
I gave it a 2 stars because not all of our pizza here has been bad. Things happen, I get it. It’s how we choose to handle them that leaves the lasting impression.

The Pizza Hut is about a half a block from the Homewood Suites. The Family box was ready in about 20 min tires from I place the preset online. As far as a good Pizza Hut this one did a good job fresh and hot.

ordered a pizza via delivery and received this as the finished product, the delivery driver just handed it to us and seemed a tad bit confused on what he was doing. I spoke to the manager and she was REALLY sweet!! and offered a refund as well as a new pizza! 🙂

So, we didn’t get what we ordered, one of our pizzas all the toppings were off like it was dropped, the supreme was cold, the brownie was over cooked to the point it was stuck to the pan and was a mess trying to get it out of the pan and had a burnt taste to it. I called the store and spoke to a mgr named Bailey was abnoxiously rude and disreapectful. Our order was delivered through door dash and the driver didn’t speak English at all. Bailey made zero efforts in making our order right she was quite insistant in talking over the top of and inturupting me while i tried to speak and hun up on. Me mid sentence. Which is both unprofessional and rude. I called back and got a young man i asked for the coorporate number he informed me that in the 2 yrs he had been employed there no one had ever asked for the coorporate phone number before and he didnt k ow what it was. This is absolutely unexceptable!!! When spending 60.52on pizza you expect to get what you order!!! We will NEVER patrionize this place agoan and i will make sure every one i know , knows how they treat their cutomers as well!!!!!!

Terrible experience. I called Pizza Hut about 8:30 and the person who took my order repeatedly asked me the same questions. Eventually, I placed an order, paid with my debit card, and was told it would be here in 30 minutes. At 9:50 it still was not delivered so I called back. I was told it was picked up and out for delivery from Door Dash. I called the number given to me for Door Dash and the person who answered couldn’t speak English well at all, so I got no help or information. I called back to Pizza Hut and they had the wrong address associated with my order. When I tried to get help, I was told to call back and speak to a manager. I did and she hung up on me three times. She was defensive about the policy of using Door Dash after 9:00. When I said I didn’t order from Door Dash, but ordered from Pizza Hut and I expected them to make it right, she told me to call back on Monday and speak to the GM. I was assured that my debit card would be credited, but I’m worried it won’t be.
If businesses are going to contract out deliveries, they should take responsibility for the contractor’s actions. Pizza Hut has lost my business.

Chief 65 toss power trap
Love this Pizza Hut always been great service. Smiles and close to the home. But for me to catch attitude right out the gate on a phone call is unacceptable. I work fast food I get it, we all go through rough days. But there’s no reason I should have to cancel my order for my family because I feel uncomfortable talking to and speaking to workers at the store especially as soon as the phone is picked up. Hope it can get fixed. Because I know several places this don’t fly and didn’t used to be an issue at this location. Disappointed.

Horrible customer service. I ordered here a while back and they completely messed up my order. Stuffed crust pizza didn’t have the cheese in the crust, buffalo wings came naked, I ordered several ranch cups and the delivery driver said they were out but didn’t offer any refund or any replacement. When I called the store about the issues, the manager knew they were out of cheese for the stuffed crust and sent the pizza out messed up intentionally, said she was going to call me but just got pizza. She informed me she’d take my name down to replace the order. When I called back about a month later, they hadn’t marked down a credit for me for the order. So then the manager this time accused me of just trying to get free pizza and pretty much told me I was out of luck. Won’t order from here again, I love pizza hut but unfortunately there are constant issues with this location.

I had to go to this Pizza Hut because the one closer said they couldn’t make any part of our entire order.
Now, they were great about this. Understanding and worked with us to quickly get this resolved for us to get home and eat.
Upon arriving home, 90% of items are correct. Except for a single pizza. It was a 3 topping large and the entire pizza had ONE topping distributed great. The second topping was okay with more clumped areas and some maybe a little more bare.
However, the 3rd topping was what seemed to be thrown onto 3/8ths. The sauce, while extra was ordered, it was mostly all on one single piece that barely had toppings.
Otherwise, fantastic.

Placed pizza order this past Wednesday night at 5:50. Got an order confirmation saying my pizzas would be delivered at 6:19. They finally showed up at 7:37 pm! Door Dasher that brought it said the store has all new people and they don’t know what they are doing apparently. Pizza was cold by the time it got to us, then once we opened the pizza we saw they were overcooked and even burned in some spots. The crust was uneatable. Very disappointed in this order.
