Pizza hut really changed over the years. The bread is thin, dry, not buttery not thick “hand tossed”. The sauce tastes different. And not to mention that some stores don’t care about giving you a pizza with fresh ingredients. Meat either taste freezer burnt or 3days old. I’m tired of getting a sloppy made pizza with old dried meat and blan crust.
The new BBQ chicken pizza was really good though I’m displeased with the amount of onions they used and less amount of chicken but still a good pizza.
I’m extremely disappointed in the deserts and wings!!! What in the world? When did this company become lazy and not care like the rest? Pizza hut used to be my number one favorite pizza place bc they knew how to please their customers when all the other fast food chains got greedy and gave terrible service. I’m buying pizza elsewhere now.

Pathetic service…..i asked for xtra crispy and i got this raw pizza and when i called back to help me out for it the guy said i am sure it was toasted twice….i never wanted to post this cuz i respect food…but think about it m a tourist and had nothing to eat i paid $25 for stomach aching pizza..the guy was rude on call …such a bad experience i had with these guys.

Update Friday February 14th 2025. I waited over an hour for my pickup. Now I was 15 minutes early so that is 45 minutes. They were hammering out almost 10 delivery orders before getting to the pickup orders that were already placed before the delivery! The guy even said he can’t see the pickup orders in the back, that the only orders he could see were delivery.
I had a thin crust extra well done.
Topping were evenly scattered across the top, extra cheese and Garlic Parmesan Sauce like I asked. My other two pies were made the way I asked.
Simply put last time I was here, I wouldn’t have gave them anything above “0” stars. The Young Lady and Gentlemen there last night might just give this place some hope after all!

There is a manager at this store who is very rude and discriminates against a child with special needs. Jennifer Long has lied about my family and my name and I will not stand for it. We have been going to this location for 12 years and never had a problem. 6 months ago we had a screw up in our order and it was fixed that day and there was no problem. Mind you we have ordered several times after that and then 3 months later the manager comes screaming st me and my wife because they messed up our order, and we never said a word. She said that she had tried to be in contact with us, but she never called and she never left voicemails. She said she did, but she’s lying. She said I cussed her out, but she admitted to my wife that it never happened. She admitted that she never called, but she wants to keep going with the lie against my family. Telling us we can’t eat at Pizza Hut when we did nothing wrong. I have all of the call logs from my service provider and I have every record of the interactions. She discriminated against a special needs child because she likes her pizza a certain way, and the manager threw a fit over us having special instructions. If you’re not taking special instructions and we can’t have our pizza a certain way, then don’t have it at the bottom of the website when ordering. We are loyal customers and never had a problem until this manager came along. I will not back down from a manager discriminating and lying abouy my family and what didn’t happen. She even lied to corporate about what happened. Is this what you all hire for your stores? What do i have to do to get someone at the corporate office to call me back? We have been trying to get this resolved for months and ever since it happened. Jennifer Long is the WORST kind of manager, and I’m a chef and for over 20 years. If I or someone else treated customers this way, we wouldn’t have a job. The blatant lying and her not wanting to fix special instructions on a pizza is uncalled for. When a child has special needs and she screams at them behind the counter. She lied to you all at corporate and I’m going to make sure she doesn’t lie again. I wouldn’t be going to these lengths if I was in the wrong. She is 100% at fault and to discriminate because of special needs is appalling.
Edit… I’m still awaiting someone to call me back from corporate or from the management. I have proof that Jennifer Long never called and never left voicemails. I have proof she lied about what happened on that day. We ordered 17 more times after that screw up order and never had anything wrong. She waiting 17 orders to come from behind the counter and yell at me and my wife. All because SHE screwed up the order, she got mad at herself. So, she then lies to her district manager and her team about what happened. I will be calling corporate every day until I get this resolved. She’s a liar and a terrible person for doing what she did.
Edit number 4 about this post. I have still yet to hear back from someone at corporate and I have called 4 times. I have asked them to call me back about this matter because we still can’t eat at this Pizza Hut because of a crazy manager who lied about what happened. How do you all sleep at night? How someone can lie and she’s the manager overseeing the store? No district manager nothing has reached back out to us or my wife. We have tried and tried and nothing. The fact that she screamed at me and my wife running out from behind the counter and lying about what she supposedly did but didn’t do. I have everything and the proof. I will keep updating and editing and calling until this is resolved.

Pizza hut is not my favorite pizza by a long shot. But for quick and easy and cheaper then fair prices this store does it way better then any I have seen. The team work together effectively and are always smiling. Can’t go wrong for under 30$ for 3-5 people.

I pre-placed my order 2 hours ahead of time. It was not ready when I arrived and waited an additional 30 mins. There was only 1 person working and she was doing the best she could. If you only have 1 person to work that day maybe you should have closed the store. My pizza was cold due to having to wait on the wings. My total for my order was $82.58 and I will not do that again.
