Put alfredo instead of marinara on the peperoni pizza. Put no sauce on the supreme thatvwas supposed to have extra. Had raw garlic chunks for the garlic sticks. Tried to call the store they put me on hold instantly for over 20 min before I could even get a word out. Tried to recall and they just left it on speaker for another 5 minutes without saying anything.

We lost a family member and these guys come through for us. We were not in mood to get out so they did this pretty close to close with only 1 delivery driver on top of that. The food was great and delivery drive Lindsey went above and beyond.

They have ruined the pasta. It was my favorite thing on the menu and it is awful now. The serving size is maybe half what it used to be, probably less, and now flavorless, all while remaining the same price. Sadly I don’t see myself ordering pizza hut again. The old pasta will be missed.

We got a delivery order at work. Our first delivery was 20 min late, then the door dash guy we got dropped our pizza right in front of us at our job. Our pizza was scrambled and we didn’t even get our ranch cups that we had to pay for by the way. We call to get a new order no, but really, we only wanted our ranch cups said they were going to send out a redone order, never got it, we called 4 other times, and it took until the 4th time to actually got our order here the delivery guy who gave us our second order was super nice, super friendly we loved him bonus points for having him on the team but Pizza Hut still did not give us our ranch.

Update a year later. The woman working the window tonight is horribly rude. She had no words for why our food was taking so long.
It should not take 30 minutes to get my order. We come here VERY OFTEN since we live on campus and service has gone downhill. I’m sorry, but being friendly doesn’t mean anything to me when it’s mistake after mistake after mistake. They need new management if it’s such an issue.
