Pizza hut is a hit or miss, sometimes they can make the best stuffed crust and other times it’s like they used old dough. Other than that I’d say their service is fast and speedy. I will say when an employee was attending me, they had airpods on and I kept having to repeat myself, rather than them just taking them off.

7:30pm store doors are already locked, luckily I only ordered carryout. No paper plate like other stores, and not even one napkin if I didn’t ask – and gave me 4 pieces of napkins for a whole pizza. I should have went to the one inside Target I guess ♂️ wrong choice

Horrible pizza I picked up last night. Ordered a large cheese pizza with onions and jalapeños online last night. It seemed like they had taken an old pizza and dumped the leftover onions and jalapeños for the night on top of it and reheated it in the oven. Still half of the cheese wasn’t baked properly. What a colossal piece of crap. We were starving so we tossed all that stuff off it (which was surprisingly easy) and re-baked it and ate. Will never order from here again.

We walked into the store at 1:35-1:40pm. What I’m assuming was the manager due to the way he was dressed compared to others was seated and eating. No greeting that I can remember. We began looking at the buffet when the assumed manager informed us that the buffet closed at 1:30pm and that it just hasn’t been picked up yet. Wasn’t covered or anything. There were at least two workers in the kitchen, and two people waiting on Togo orders. No one else in the store. No signs indicating what time the buffet was open. Working in the food service industry for so long, any other manager I know would have either been up helping his crew with orders and getting the buffet closed or told us to go ahead and make a plate off of it. We walked up to the counter to order something. There was no menu on the wall. We had to scan a QR code or look at a takeout menu. The assumed manager finally got up to help out up front when more customers began to come in to order. We ordered our food and paid and sat down. Nearing 1:55ish my mother got up to get some ranch off the salad bar for our food. Our food came out at 2pm with no plates, silverware, or Parmesan/Red pepper. A 6oz (maybe) marinara for 10 cheese sticks, one pack of icing for about 10 cinnamon sticks, and nothing else. My mother went to ask for red pepper and Parmesan cheese and while she did the female worker said “You know The ranch is for the salad bar.” She finally began to pick the buffet up after 2pm. While eating there were several people who were at the drive through and ended up parking and coming in. Other reviews have said they had issues with being helped in the drive through. Bad customer service. Food was decent. Store was clean.

Bought two large three topping pizzas. The pizza tastes horrible. Pizza taste nothing like Pizza Hut used to. The pizza was supposed to be a regular pizza thick crust the crust was missing something it was like homemade pizza I believe homemade pizza would have been better tasting the pizza was bland I will never order from here again I should have went to Papa John’s on West Markham. This pizza had no taste the sauce had no taste. Ask for plates they don’t even have plates anymore. Ask for parmesan cheese they charged now for parmesan cheese when it used to be free. Ask for pizza with just cheese $17 but a pizza large with three toppings $10.99 please somebody make that make sense?! This place is going to the dumps is horrible. Never go to this one find another pizza place because the crust is not like it used to be the pizza don’t have no taste anymore the worker didn’t even have on a uniform.. you will not get the type of pizza you used to get from here I don’t know what they did but the pizza is not the same anymore.

They advertise dine in but the inside is closed. There having everyone go thru the drive thru. I’ve been here over 30 min. And haven’t ordered yet. They are doing this to make there job easier. While the customer suffers. When I get to the windows the guy won’t take my order

Crust was doughy and deformed. Tasted gross. The guy at the window was a little funny acting with me so I decided I wouldn’t take it back or call but I will never go back. One of the worst pizza hit experiences I have had. It was the first thing I had to eat today and was going to be my only meal for tomorrow as well. So disappointed. Just yucky.
