Great food and okay price. The people are rude! There is a very nice set of lady’s up front most of the time however if the man is up there good luck getting the right order and only paying once. Something odd going on there.

I don’t know if they are understaffed or want. The service was horrible. It took at least 20 minutes to even get our order taken. This was the first eating here in at least 5 years and we will not be back.
I wish we had more sit down pizza options in town.

Terrible customer service they have you waiting too long they don’t even acknowledge you when you walk up to the counter I saw 7 people before I ended up asking someone to help check for the order then she looks at me surprised like she never knew I was there there’s too many people standing around talking to one another they had one couple walk out another customer behind me was waiting for ever too for their order it’s just not professional or welcoming they were more concerned about their tips counting cash instead of assisting customers I will never return to this location smh I was told I’d have my order brought ouy but instead It was sitting on the hot line as if they forgot i even just paid and waited longer than the estimated time given such an awful way to treat customers not ONE out of the 10 plus people even said HELLO!!!

After moving to searcy and trying this pizza hut I had a bad first experience. They made it right and I went back again. After getting the quality of food that I received the second time I will not be returning. Just look at these breadsticks! When I was waiting on my food I heard someone yell for the manager to come look at a order of bread sticks. Where these the breadsticks he was referring to? I’m appalled someone ok’d these.

Then went through the drive in again and he decided to show up at the window looking dumb founded and act like he didn’t want to b there and his coworkers was also rude act like they didn’t want to be there or help customers service
I will not recommend anyone to eat there cuz all three was acting very immature about helping customers
