They acted as if we didn’t know how to order when we walked in. Tables were dirty,
I asked to wipe it off and they hesitated as if to need permission for tables to be cleaned. Orders didn’t come out right for two items and the sweet tea wasn’t sweet. The atmosphere was not friendly like it use to be. Wasn’t inviting at all.

Pizza was not fresh. Each slice had about five pieces of meat on it. They were skimpy on the meat portions on the pizza, I ordered sausage. Ranch doesn’t come with the wings. My wings for one order was over 19.99 I expected to get at least one ranch. I had to buy one separately. Pizza hut used to be alot better than this. I’m not sure why the quality is going down. It saddens me because I love pizza hut

The pizza at this Pizza Hut was terrible. So tasteless and underwhelming. I spoke to some co workers after my visit and they all had the same opinion. Initially I was excited because it’s a sit in Pizza Hut with a dine in area but that’s all that was good. The staff were friendly.

Ordered a pizza with the app, for carry out. Decided to dine in, at the last minute, and got seated. And waited. And waited. When we checked on it, we were told that someone else had picked it up, and they would make us a fresh one, but the pizza we got was obviously not fresh. They were busy, as it is a holiday eve, and I understand that, however it was a very frustrating situation for us.

Stopped in with my husband for lunch, even tho there were 10 people behind the counter we were not acknowledged we had to go to the counter to ask what we were supposed to do, we werr told to order our food at the counter we did but, When did pizza hut stop serving the customers? The restaurant was not very clean and even tho there was only 1 other table no one was trying to clean. I doubt we will pick here to eat again next time we are in town. The food was as expected but staff and cleanliness were lacking for sure.

I found a tapeworm in my chicken Alfredo and the staff member that I spoke to gave me a refund and kept telling me that it was just something that was in the sauce that I just thought was a tape worm. It was moving. They weren’t speaking very loud as the place was packed and they didn’t want to alarm any other customers either but I will not be going back any time soon.
