Unreliable. Time of expected delivery passed, but online it showed the status as in process. An hour after the order was due to deliver, I contacted the store. Initially, the worker tried to blame a “faulty” online order problem then informed she had cancelled the order due to no delivery drivers that could get on base. She then stated that she had tried to call me three times. I double checked my contact information online after the phone call and it was correct. My phone never rang, there were no messages, so either they couldn’t correctly dial the number after three attempts or it was a lie. Either way I’ll just go somewhere else from now on.

The night manager on 6/2/23 is very rude and it took 3 deliveries to get the correct order. She was very rude to the outsourcing delivery driver (Doordash) he delivered 3 times and was very nice each time but the manager at Pizza Hut was rude to him as well. Pizza Hut really is going down hill at this location in Jacksonville, AR due to the rude night manager on 6/2/23. They will be losing a lot of business if they don’t correct that manager. Too bad I had to even give it 1 star but it would not let me post without it. My rating is negative 5 stars!!

Wasn’t greeted friendly. I wanted to ask did I do something wrong…. The entrance front door was as nasty as a doggy door flap. The floor was very trashed just in the entrance. I say everytime I go, I won’t be back. I’m just hoping it will get better. Many trys… So far not.

I ordered a specialty item, “The big New Yorker,” online. This item comes loaded with pepperoni. I opened when I got home, and only had a “cheese pizza.” Called them to give them an opportunity to make it right. They were unwilling to, and the manager wouldn’t even speak to me. Don’t waste your time ordering the new Melts from here. Was really wanting to try this new pizza and it was over cooked and hard. Barely could bite it off. Barely had any pepperoni in it or cheese. Was like 2 thin crust pizza dough stacked and sliced with a cup of marinara. Gave 2 stars because service was friendly.

At 11:48pm I called in to see why no one came up to the service counter waited about 10 min yelled HELLO IS ANYONE HERE ???? No one came to the front so after leaving out the building I called to see what was up so the young lady that answered the phone said she was on the phone that’s why she could come up front after that she just hung up … didn’t even try to see if she could help me… very disappointed in the level of service. I will be speaking to management about this incident too!

Ordered online, and then my order got cancelled by someone else that was not me. So apparently they cancel orders from someone other than the person who places the order. Waited 2 hours, had to call and figure out what was wrong and the manager was no help.

Traveling and saw Jacksonville location. Stopped to order, no menu available, was told menu on line. Clerk did offer coupon when we asked if any deals. Pizza pan crust was as expected, the 3 toppings we got would not equal quantity typically get with one topping. Cheese was plentiful, way to much sauce, made center soggy. Not impressed that we had to give phone number to order in person, yet no text or call when it was ready. We were sitting just outside instead of the the small sitting area and they knew as they had been in and out. Not the cleanest looking lobby either the longer we waited.
