Ordered 2 medium pizzas and both had hardly ANY sauce. Asked for extra pepperoni and did not receive that either. Pretty disappointing when it’s been a long day and you don’t get what YOU PAY FOR. Called and spoke to Andrew for a refund, can’t do it apparently. Went up there to try again and nope..no refund. Why would I want them to remake it? To mess it up again or spit in it? No thanks..and to get a credit? I’m not ever coming back. Tired of restaurants making horrible food and then not having a refund policy? Or no sense of wanting to make customers happy.. well, I decided I’d just go to dominos and low and behold it actually had sauce AND the extra pepperoni I asked for. Good riddance pizza hut. ✌️

I have been a customer at this particular Pizza Hut for several years and up until a few months ago Things were not too terribly bad… It was essentially just a basic Pizza Hut no better or worse than any other regular one but A few months back I started having problems with both my orders and the quality of the food…Most of the times they got the order wrong in one way or another and a couple of times the chicken on the wings were ROCK HARD… To add insult to injury some of the times that there was something wrong with my order I didn’t even call back about it I just let it go But there were a few times that I did call back and back in January I called back and I was told by a female manager that I was the one who was in the wrong because if there was something wrong with the order I was supposed to bring the food back up there and even after I explained to her that I do not live in that town she refused to help me…when I asked what her first name was she refused to give it… I used to work at Pizza Hut and when I worked there it was absolutely a policy that not only do you have to have your name tag on but if a customer asks for your name you were supposed to give it (you do not have to give them your last name but you were supposed to give them Your first name if they ask for it) and because she refused to give it I Was not able to call The Pizza Hut corporation directly because I had no idea who to tell them treated me so horribly… All of this would’ve been plenty bad enough but very recently I had called in an order only to find out when I got to my destination that the pizza literally speaking did not have ANY cheese on it…and when I called back about it once again I was told that it was my fault… It is very obvious that the employees of this Pizza Hut have talked about me because I was told by this manager who would also not give me his name that they would not credit my account regardless of the situation… perhaps the craziest part that he told me is that they have not had any other problems or complaints with any other customers in the last several months which I know for a fact is a lie because I personally know people who have complained about their order being wrong or the quality being horrific… If the owner was to see this review I’m sure that these employees would simply try to deflect blame back on me even though all I’ve done is ask what I’ve paid for… I have been a customer at this Pizza Hut for years and I was shocked at how I was treated

Deep pan meatlovers was great. Crust was cooked perfectly and buttery and crisp. Thin crust dbl pepperoni was great too. Nice and crispy. Staff is friendly. There is no drive thru.

Garbage pizza with no sauce and they won’t remake or do a refund until Tuesday 3 days from now when the GM Katherine kishisian is in Tuesday 9am. I’ve worked restaurants all my life idk what they have going on but we are reporting them to bbb. Paying for food and not getting what you ordered and them not fixing it is crazy!

I order from pizza hut regularly, and always have delicious food, but I ordered garlic parmesan boneless wings and fries for my 5 year old to eat because really the only things he will eat is chicken and french fries and I was horrified at what we got for him. It looked like the chicken was drowning in grease. Now I have to buy him something else to eat from McDonald’s. Please don’t ever order these. Otherwise, food, service, and atmosphere are all 5 stars.

I love the breadsticks. They’re my absolute favorite breadsticks. The pizza is good I don’t know when they change the sauce but it’s a little sweet now. Which I’m not a fan of. But other than that I have no complaints. And that’s just personal taste. People are really nice and friendly, the building was clean and easy to find.
