My Husband placed an order online for Pizza hut tonight and when he was finished an alert popped up saying “Error, please contact your local store.” So he called the store and the pizza hut representative said the order had not gone through so he’d have to try again… My husband didn’t want to take the chance it wouldn’t work again, and asked to place his order over the phone. The man said ok and rang up the order and said it would be over $50, my Husband said that was $20 more than the online purchase total and tried to cancel, but the man hung up before he could. So then he called back and canceled the order, and placed it online again and that time he recieved a message saying the order was placed and his confirmation number. So my Husband waits like 30 minutes and goes to pick up the order, he arrives and they tell him they never received his order. But our bank account shows two transactions for pizza hut. So they say they will have to refund it and it’ll take a few days to go back on… So then, he places his order at the store and it’s again much higher than the online total, but they give him a 10% discount which then leaves the total $10 more than the original online purchase amount. He drives home to wait on the pizza to cook and then returns to the store after like 45 minutes and picks it up and brings it home. Upon arriving home and starting to plate up the meal, we discovered the pizza had the wrong toppings. So he calls Pizza hut and they say they’re having a bad day and they will have to remake it, so he waits another half hour to go pick it up and then they finally give him the correct pizza. The lady offered him a $10 coupon, but he declined it, because we do not plan to eat there ever again.

Pizza straight out of the oven is the best! It was excellent and the waitress was nice, and the restaurant was clean. Great experience!!

We stopped and ate here while on a road trip. It was absolutely the best Pizza Hut food I have gotten in a very long time. I would absolutely eat here often if I lived even remotely close by. We had such a great experience at this location!

This is one of the best pizza huts I’ve ever had. The pizzas were super fresh, super hot, and filled with a lot toppings. I was so impressed (3 pizzas) that I’m writing this review. Perfect 5 star. ⭐️

Walked in for dine-in meal. Two waitresses began to argue who would have to wait on us. Finally one backed down and took us. She was annoyed and rude. They must not get many seat-in customers because there are few tables in there. Pizza tasted fine. One large and one personal pan size cost nearly 40! Won’t be back!

Since it was New Years Eve, they were way backed up and it took an hour to get our medium pizza. The clerk did give us 10 percent senior discount.
And to be fair the other, pizza place in town was closed due to remodeling for this week.

Honestly, I never felt ripped off at a Pizza Hut before. Being homeless, I have been given free pizzas at other locations several times, so I was excited to actually have money to pay for one. I am sharing with two kids and I asked if there were any specials on a medium or other size pizzas. They told me $15.34 for a one topping, so I paid it under the belief based on how they responded that there was not an ongoing special of any kind. Then a few minutes later realized on their chalkboard that they have a large specialty pizza for $15.99. we could have easily had a better deal but they have horrible customer service and we will not return to this location.
