Superbowl Sunday…I knew it was gonna be bad but my fiance wanted pizza so I didn’t even mention what day it was. Ordered for carryout, 45 minutes later I show up and there are about 10 people in front of me, not a problem. The problem was every single staff member was acting like it was their first day. Finally a delivery boy steps up to the register and asks who hasn’t been helped. Spent 20 minutes looking through and rearranging the hot box. It was a mess and I hope they can get better training because it was hard to watch them all fumbling over each other

See people talking about buffet on here but that hasn’t been open for several years. Lobby is for standing to order. Very good pizza and you get free bread sticks often ordering on app. Very old place and not the best maintenance but we get pizza from there a lot

I was extremely impressed, not only with convenient Pizza Hut points rewards totally free food ordered online, but also VERY impressed with the food: the cheese sticks were light and fluffy on the INSIDE, and crisp and crunchy on the OUTSIDE, with excellent Marinara Sauce provided and extra sauce available. The large “Any Way” pizza was outstanding, with free option for “extra” toppings, and free choice of crust – REALLY DELICIOUS! ..and totally free, with option to “pay at the door” instead of having to provide a “payment” method on the internet.

I don’t know what happened to this place the last time we ordered there we ordered two melts they told us 15 minutes so we continued our shopping it was problem 25 min when we arrived when I went to get our order they said it wouldn’t cost anything be about 15 minutes when it was ready in the mean time a man walked in they gave him the wrong pizza he asked to speak with manager but he never came to the front he continued to make pizzas instead of taking care of his customers there was a couple lady’s that said they have been waiting a hour for there food so I went outside waited a additional 20 minutes and went back inside I waited another 10 to 15 minutes and no one would come to the front to give me my food at this point I was really getting mad and left so giving this place a one star is a gift I haven’t been back since it’s a real shame we really liked the melts but but I’m not waiting hours to get them if you get them then

The pizza was still raw and it had like 5 jalapenos on it the cheese was not spread to the edge sauce was flowing out the side and i asked for it 2 be well done. And it wasn’t…Hence still raw… Domino’s here I come…Pizza Hut ALWAYS messes up my order…No Quality or Service and i fill out the Survey and for what NOTHING is done…

Ordered boneless chicken wings & Hut Box with boneless chicken wings. After arriving for carryout, employee had not started wings at all, then miscounted, was short 4 for Hut Box. Then dropped 2 on floor when boxing up. Employee wanted to cook more, refused to wait, after waiting to cook the first batch!!

Just gave one star so I could leave a review. The cashier was on the phone all while I was there. He called a guy off the line to take my order. He wiped his hands on his dirty pants and took my order. Didn’t wash his hands and went straight back to the line to make my pizza. I immediately asked for a refund and left. As far as I’m concerned with what I saw everything in the store is contaminated.

Originally left a 1 star review due to some difficulties I had. Came in person and Jennifer was a major help. She apologized and comforted me for what I went through and helped me place my order. However I hope she’s being paid more than enough on account I saw her running the register, cutting snd boxing orders, making the orders, and doing so much else all on her own like she was a one man army. I’m leaving this 5 star review for her and her alone. The food was even made and given to me in under the time she told me it might take.
