Ordered online. The pizza was decent, tasted fresh and had plenty of toppings. The wings I ordered were ice cold like from a refrigerator. They seemed severely understaffed and weren’t very quick either.

We were not greeted upon entry to the restaurant. The employee behind the counter assumed we were eating to go while eating handfuls of fries in front of me. I said “we need to order to eat here.” Never offered us to sit and dine in. Finally another employee told us to sit where we liked except there were no clean tables. After expressing this, she aggressively shoved tables around to clean one and said, “Well where DO YOU WANT to sit?” again, never offered us drinks or a menu. I had to place my order at the counter about 25min ago and we’re still waiting. We still have no drinks and I had to find napkins and utensils for myself. I guess at some point I may just go finish our pizza in the kitchen , as well.

Don’t waste your time and money here. We went in on a Tuesday at 12:05 PM. We ordered 4 buffets and drinks.
We paid and went to go get a plate to start the pizza buffet experience. There were exactly 2.5 stale pizzas there. We waited about 15 minutes for them to add a fresh pizza. The pizza buffet simply did not properly anticipate the lunch rush.
They had iced tea brewers, but no tea. This place does not care about anything.
The bathrooms were falling apart.
Even with a line of 15 deep, someone was always taking a break out in the dining room.
Don’t bother trying to request a pizza for the buffet, the line doesn’t move and no one cares…other than the annoyed customers waiting.

Was at restaurant on 7/8 must have been a special with personal pan pizzas,very very disorganized and no one could keep up with the orders people lined out the doors and getting very hostile. I have never seen such
disorganization before,after a hour of waiting on my dine in order I left with out my pizza, did not feel safe to stay at the restaurant any longer.
I believe every employee needs retraining or dismissal.
Sad to have a special going on and the restaurant/employees can in no way keep up with orders and be so lost in their jobs.

The pizzas & cheese sticks were delicious! The guy who handed us our food was very helpful & friendly, too. Plus, everything was ready in a fast & timely manner! I highly recommend eating here.

Ordered one large cheese pizza, one small cheese pizza and one cheese stick when my mom picked up they just gave her 2 pizzas and didn’t gave her the cheese sticks which we ordered on points so went back to asked for it and the manager was so rude and blaming me instead accepting their mistake saying that we got everything but we went there back to get more for free, Am i that stupid to back and for the food I didn’t got. They even call the police so cheap people working there never buying pizzas from pizzahut agian in my life! Anyway karam will deal with them

The food is always good. But what makes FORDYCE ARKANSAS’ Pizza Hut the best one, are the people that work here. They are the kindest people I know. My kids won’t go to any other Pizza Hut because they swear it “tastes different” but I also know the employee’s here truly care to make sure you’re food is made well and every individual is treated well. The “atmosphere”, the food, and the service hands down 5+++!
