I was ordering at the counter with one lady, and during my order another lady(quite certain she’s the manager)walked around and stood at the register. I was telling the lady helping me what different flavor wings I wanted. For the life of me Honey BBQ just wouldn’t sound off in my brain. I looked at the lady standing there but not taking my order and said “I can’t think of what I’m trying to say. What flavor is it?” She very loudly says to me, “I DON’T KNOW BUT YOU NEED TO HURRY UP BECAUSE I NEED MY COMPUTER” .. As a supervisor in fast food, I would NEVER tolerate an employee to speak to someone in that way. I kept my cool, but had that been my personal order and not my in-laws, I would have told them to just forget it. As good as the pizza is, we will not be back at the Monticello location. Period. We spend a lot of money there, but that’s not the only pizza in town….

Earned enough rewards to get a free pizza…. this was the free pizza. This was the reward for being a loyal customer. When I called corporate to address the issue they couldn’t have cared less. Will NEVER use this Pizza Hut again. Very Undercooked, enough grease to fill up a 5 gallon bucket, and as you can tell they placed the toppings very gracefully. I wouldn’t doubt if this thing hit the floor a few times before making it to the box.

I went your store in Monticello AR, and I had made a call in of a personal pan meat lovers. When I got there the person said I had asked for a small pizza. He argued with me and said they cost about the same $19.00 vs $10.00. I cannot see the math here the employee all but called me a lier.

I’ve gotta say, I’m not impressed with the quantity of fries for over $4. Potatoes are one of the cheapest foods around and this is what I got for $4?! They are tasty, however.

If I could leave 0 stars I absolutely would. The service was AWFUL, very rude staff. Not only did I pay for extra sauce and a special sauce on my pizza, I did not get ANY sauce on my pizza. I am very disappointed in the service, food, and audacity these have. The crust is like cardboard , paper thin…

I’d give zero stars if possible. Called in an order after being on hold for 5 minutes listening to their repeated advertisements. The young lady never said they were short staffed with only two drivers. So after an hour, I called back to find out where my pizza order was at. This time a young man answered to tell me the driver said she was pulling up 5 minutes ago to my house. I said, “Well she didn’t come here”. Only then to be told, my pizza order was sill at the store. Then he said, “I can give you a discount”. I asked him, “About much longer then, he says, “About another 30 minutes”. A discount on a pizza that is an hour and a half late, and cold. I think not. Poor customer service, and a slap (discount) to the face. I’ll order from Dominios next time. Better service and better looking pizzas.
