A Few months prior to our above catastrophe the same pizza hut delivered one told my mommy they were sorry for not getting her pizzas on time nor did anyone from pizza hut apology when they forgot Momma sodas My momma is elderly 76 she has in the past ordered from Domino until we found out someone from Domino pizza used her bank number from her card to shop at 1st they tried it at the dollar general purchased gum and few peices of candy 2nd took momms card to Hibbits Sports shoe store purchased tennis shoes 2 pair well over $3-400 buckes.my momma ordered pizza yesterday 1-6-21 pizza hut waited two 2 hours my sister called to see what the hold up the guy said he was the only one delivering and had to come back to the store and get my Mommas pizza . Well when he arrived pizza COLD as if it had been in a refrigerator momma asked them to cut double DIDNT HAPPEN! need to follow instructions . Had to warm it up. No sorry no discounts. Pizza Hut what’s going on. We need you to come back to great pizza. Starting with stop delivering Cold pizza with no remorse. And, still charged my mom for the two liter sodas that they forgot to bring the first time. I will do my best with my views to get people that want to do the correct things for their customers… I am so done with this underachieving pizza hut. I also have other pizza from pizza hut with piled high raw vegetables you can see its been setting for a while both boxes wet with greasy bottoms we will never spend $43- $78 again its not worth dialing the number. Papa Johns PLEASE OPEN BACK UP..
Update: The line situations are less but the apathy and lack of courtesy are still there. Just try and call an order in. They cannot seem to understand marinara is supposed to be thick enough to taste. Update: They just can’t stay consistent. Sitting waiting for MIA pizza again. Ugh….they really are sloppy and made my “Detroit Style” with an inch of sauce. See photo.
Update: Still not hitting on all cylinders. Loved the spicey pepperoni pizza. 3rd week I go back looking forward and they jacked it up with normal pepperoni and marinara. They just can’t stay consistent.
Update: The definition of apathy ruining a great product. Still inconsistent low cheese and low sauce creating a tomato flavored doughy cracker. I used WH franchise and was much better but that was one time. Will drive the extra miles for a bit and see how that goes. A customer can tell they aren’t wanted if the people are on their phones at work. Yuck…from my phone to your pizza. Thank you. Come again.
Update: 4 weeks at WH franchise and everything’s always good. Take a few extra minutes drive and go there. You and your family deserve it.
Update August 2022: New staff and WOW the difference. WH had outage and HAD to use this franchise. New management (Cole) assured me they were working at bringing back consistent quality. 4 weeks of no disappointments. Can it last though ?

Answer: No. Got another lightly sauced and rare ingredient pizza. Made me wait 20 minutes for it in the lot. Lower your expectations.

Slipping bad. Sent me home with a shredded pizza. Must have stuck to pan and they tore out the center. (See photo) Didn’t find it until I got home. Seems whoever made it just didn’t care.
Then my daughter asks me if I had seen her delivery driver. At which I said no there has been no delivery. They had not been here. We checked the door bell camera versus the time that said it had been delivered and no one had been to our door.
So we then travel to the store to show confirmation saying the order was not delivered and that the driver confirmed it was delivered.
We explained the situation to the first associate. He looked in the oven to see had it been returned. It had not. He then asked the delivery driver to come and speak to us. I told him that I had seen this vehicle in the area. That I was outside and explained how he proceeded as he approached my area. And the I had a door bell camera He then told me he called and they said they did not have a delivery today. Which was the wrong number he continued to play dumb and I asked for a manager for a refund. The manager gave us a duplicate receipt and told us our order will be refunded at 12am. Horrible experience all around have had several issues before hand over the years and I think this was the final straw for me to take action
