I placed an order over the phone with Martis today, and let me tell you, this young man is so nice! He was courteous and friendly and was no different when I picked my order up. He treated me like the only customer he had to worry with, and he was just genuinely very kind. This Pizza Hut is so blessed to have this young man representing them. MARKIS is the epitome of excellent customer service!

We sat in the drive through line for almost an hour waiting on our one pizza. We finally get to the window and the guy is wearing a hoodie with the hood on his head. It takes him 5 minutes to get our pizza, and it’s freezing cold. They just left it sat out on the counter. The line was out to the road so I’m just knowing everyone else’s pizza was cold too.

On 2/9/2023 1x we were delivered another customers pizza and her receipt! We call back talked to Jadyon he said apologize and will fix the correct order and send out for free ( really dude) so 2x 1hr later 2pizzas in greasy bottom boxes that is obvious they had shelf time still no bone in chicken another order of boneless ordered pepsi we get a root beer misty drinks brownie not done in the middle my kids put in the over 3x Cole Shift manager told me he would correct the pizza and just resend everything else as a customer curious for all we went through and valueed us as a customer and to be delivered 6:30pm 4x female manger calls she just disturbed all the shift manager had in place she sent pizza wings hard as rocks cheese bread burned on the sides and for FYI If I had a shift manager that told me he took care of it then trust there decisions im the customer didn’t need to here you say he should have waited for me I know he had got it wrong.. I felt so bad for this young nan. So, we will no longer patronize PIZZA HUT ON HAZEL STREET PINE BLUFF ARKANSAS!!

A Few months prior to our above catastrophe the same pizza hut delivered one told my mommy they were sorry for not getting her pizzas on time nor did anyone from pizza hut apology when they forgot Momma sodas My momma is elderly 76 she has in the past ordered from Domino until we found out someone from Domino pizza used her bank number from her card to shop at 1st they tried it at the dollar general purchased gum and few peices of candy 2nd took momms card to Hibbits Sports shoe store purchased tennis shoes 2 pair well over $3-400 buckes.my momma ordered pizza yesterday 1-6-21 pizza hut waited two 2 hours my sister called to see what the hold up the guy said he was the only one delivering and had to come back to the store and get my Mommas pizza . Well when he arrived pizza COLD as if it had been in a refrigerator momma asked them to cut double DIDNT HAPPEN! need to follow instructions . Had to warm it up. No sorry no discounts. Pizza Hut what’s going on. We need you to come back to great pizza. Starting with stop delivering Cold pizza with no remorse. And, still charged my mom for the two liter sodas that they forgot to bring the first time. I will do my best with my views to get people that want to do the correct things for their customers… I am so done with this underachieving pizza hut. I also have other pizza from pizza hut with piled high raw vegetables you can see its been setting for a while both boxes wet with greasy bottoms we will never spend $43- $78 again its not worth dialing the number. Papa Johns PLEASE OPEN BACK UP..

I was very disappointed i placed a large order 58 dollars worth at 7 pm tonight my order tracker said it was out for delivery and should arrive at 7:33 at 8 pm i tried calling the store but no one would answer. 8:22 my order arrives. Everything was cold except for the 2 liter drink which was hot. Apparently the double order of breadsticks no longer come with sauce even though I paid for extra and the wings were hard and cold smelled burnt and didn’t come with the sauce I paid for either. I really deserve a refund. But no one will answer the phone!! Won’t be ordering there again

Does the franchise owner know how bad the staff make the entire brand look when the wait gets so long and the apathy of the staff so obvious? I’m not sure why they can’t have touchless pickup inside. I ordered early and still had to wait an hour in a car line for a pizza thats way past done and dried out in their warmer. That just sucked. I just sat like all the cars and waited and when I got to the window nobody was there for several minutes. See the photo.
Update: The line situations are less but the apathy and lack of courtesy are still there. Just try and call an order in. They cannot seem to understand marinara is supposed to be thick enough to taste. Update: They just can’t stay consistent. Sitting waiting for MIA pizza again. Ugh….they really are sloppy and made my “Detroit Style” with an inch of sauce. See photo.
Update: Still not hitting on all cylinders. Loved the spicey pepperoni pizza. 3rd week I go back looking forward and they jacked it up with normal pepperoni and marinara. They just can’t stay consistent.
Update: The definition of apathy ruining a great product. Still inconsistent low cheese and low sauce creating a tomato flavored doughy cracker. I used WH franchise and was much better but that was one time. Will drive the extra miles for a bit and see how that goes. A customer can tell they aren’t wanted if the people are on their phones at work. Yuck…from my phone to your pizza. Thank you. Come again.
Update: 4 weeks at WH franchise and everything’s always good. Take a few extra minutes drive and go there. You and your family deserve it.
Update August 2022: New staff and WOW the difference. WH had outage and HAD to use this franchise. New management (Cole) assured me they were working at bringing back consistent quality. 4 weeks of no disappointments. Can it last though ?

Answer: No. Got another lightly sauced and rare ingredient pizza. Made me wait 20 minutes for it in the lot. Lower your expectations.

Slipping bad. Sent me home with a shredded pizza. Must have stuck to pan and they tore out the center. (See photo) Didn’t find it until I got home. Seems whoever made it just didn’t care.

Ordered online. I was outside working on my truck when I seen a vehicle driving suspiciously down the street. Unknowingly it is my delivery driver’s vehicle. The vehicle began to turn towards where my address and then began to sit on corner of my intersection.
Then my daughter asks me if I had seen her delivery driver. At which I said no there has been no delivery. They had not been here. We checked the door bell camera versus the time that said it had been delivered and no one had been to our door.
So we then travel to the store to show confirmation saying the order was not delivered and that the driver confirmed it was delivered.
We explained the situation to the first associate. He looked in the oven to see had it been returned. It had not. He then asked the delivery driver to come and speak to us. I told him that I had seen this vehicle in the area. That I was outside and explained how he proceeded as he approached my area. And the I had a door bell camera He then told me he called and they said they did not have a delivery today. Which was the wrong number he continued to play dumb and I asked for a manager for a refund. The manager gave us a duplicate receipt and told us our order will be refunded at 12am. Horrible experience all around have had several issues before hand over the years and I think this was the final straw for me to take action
