They always forget something! I ordered a pizza, bread sticks, and a salad. I checked my salad bag after I got to my car and realized they forgot the salad dressing. Went back in and got that. Got to my hotel and literally walked like 3 blocks from the parking garage to our room which is the last room at the end of a VERY long hallway, and when I went to eat my salad, I realized there was no utensil to eat it with! I have some plastic utensils in my car, but I’m not walking 3 blocks for that. So extremely disappointed because I was super hangry and been craving pizza and salad. Why is it so hard to get a food order right?! If you see my reviews, you will see how often I deal with this and why I give one star reviews.
I’m attaching a picture of the hallway I have to walk down. Do you see the people on the end? That’s how far I have to walk just to get to the elevator! They were at the turn for the elevator entrance. Plus I have to Walk about 2 more blocks from there to get to my car. This hotel is getting a one star, too, for how difficult they make it for people who can’t afford to spend a lot of money to park and get to their rooms.

The food tastes pretty good for a pizza joint. I mean, to have the lowest grade ingredients to prepare a meal from, they make it taste like it was actually possible to let our bodies process it…
Location couldn’t be better- they are front and center, whether its to BE seen, or to watch the choas of Airline and Benton traffic disasters in a lounge chair while sipping on lukewarm Fireball… All in all,the staff is MUCH MORE responsive and present than my previous visits.

The food was so back we threw it away in the garbage! And the lady never offered up any of their specials and the order taker rush me literally off the phone as those she was in a hurry and did not want to be bothered by a little old lady! I spent 70.00 and 7.00 tip for the driver!

If I could give a 0 for I would. Just because it’s 2 dollars pan pizza and call to order for pick after 1:35 pm, arrive for pick up and I guess he was the manager didn’t look at name tag, he stated he didn’t have time to make pan pizzas. The 2 dollar pizza has been killing us
Why not call the center and let them.know no more pan pizza and he stated didn’t have time

So I ordered a pepperoni pizza and pasta, but what I got was a sausage pizza with wings. When I called to let them know, all they said was “I do not have authorization” and transferred me to some number….. I have been waiting for over 20 minutes.

I ordered a big new yorker with extra cheese and pepperoni. I got a big new yorker, but no extra cheese or pepperoni.
Also the crust was dry, not chewy like a new yorker should be.
I called to let them know that my order was not correct, and the girl said that she confirmed all I wanted was cheese.
It was a bit noisy in there, so obviously I did not hear her say only cheese.I thought she was repeating back my order. When I asked why the price was $5 higher, she said they had changed,
although the price I was expecting was still on the menu that was on the counter.
Lesson learned, there are better pizza places to spend my money at.

I had a cold, pizza that had not quite done crust Friday. Was given 2 free ones for that and ordered those last night. In which they were dry and cool too. I give up. Didn’t even call this time. Pizza Hut just doesn’t care about quality food or customer service.

The last two times I got Pizza Hut pizza they were dry with extra hard crust. The second two were suppose to be a correction for the first two. After complaining to customer complaints twice, going through repeated problems with talking with people at the store. It’s ridiculous. I paid $25 plus $5 for tipping and never got good pizza. Pizza Hut has really slacked from what it once was.
