I called and placed an order to be delivered. It said it was delivered at 11:48am. I went to Main Office and no pizza. I tried calling the store on classroom phone, cell phone, and secretary called. No one answered the phone at all. The delivery guy called and said he was on his way. I told him, it said delivered at 11:48am. He said, they say it been delivered and drivers haven’t received the items yet to be delivered. I finall y got pizza 5 minutes before my lunch break ended. It was wrong crust, dry, and looked a mess. They were not that busy they couldn’t answer the phones. They should shut this Pizza Hut.

I ordered a pizza at 9:19 it’s 10:53 I just called and asked if they could cancel and refund my order since I never received . I’ve been waiting a hour and 30 mins. Get this a little while before at 9:50. I actually called after it said delivered it was never delivered. They said they mark it as delivered because there has been so many orders and they make them as the driver comes in so it won’t be cold and they hadn’t delivered it yet. That’s crazy and delivery shouldn’t be an option if this is the case. Pizza never got here and we gotta go to bed on an empty stomach I’m livid. Don’t order from here! I also don’t actually know if a payment was taken or not the guy just asked my name and said okay.
Update: checked my account this afternoon and they charged my account. No pizza out of 30 dollars went to bed hungry this is acceptable. Now no one is answering and it went to central office only for them to connect me back to the restaurant with no answer. So yall screw up people stuff and don’t resolve. May God bless this mess!

The pizza was cold dry no sauce on it overcooked The store in Shreveport, Louisiana on N. Market St. they have a rude attitude. They will not refund me my money. They gave me something. I did not ask for and did not pay for. I would not be ordering no more pizza from them for my grandkids.They need to make sure that they employees have gloves on at all time they be outside, taking out trash, using the restroom and coming back into the building and fixing our food with they hands.. And some of them have long fingernails on And they pick up our cheese meat And other food items to put on the pizza, please fix it

3rd time trying to order from them. App always says it’s delivered 30-60 minutes before it actually arrives. Phone number goes to corporate who can’t verify order, order finally comes another 30 minutes later. Missed items. And the food tasted disgusting. On a side note, tried the Chicken, Bacon, Ranch. Description says crispy chicken. It was chicken nuggets. And it was a couple mini pieces of canadian bacon… and it tasted gross! Asked the driver what to do, says they are always short staffed. And there’s no point trying to call. But if I drive there on Monday the mgr can make it right. The whole point of delivery was to avoid another trip, and second, I work Mondays. Don’t know what to do but post a review… maybe someone cares.

I used to be a huge pizza hut fan but now… Not so much. There’s no love in it. It’s as if they just threw it together any kind of way. I would have done better with frozen pizza. It wasn’t the worst but certainly not the best. Flavored rubber and cardboard is what it tastes like. I’m so sad it wasn’t like it used to be.

It was one of the worst experiences ever. Order one pizza and an order of wings online. Online, it said it would be ready in 20 minutes to get to the location 23 minutes later, and the lady said 10 more minutes. Wait 35 minutes, and I asked her, “Did you forget about me?” she replied.” it never got put in it will be 7 minutes.”
My question is, why did you lie and say it would be 10 minutes when I got there

What in actual hell is this? I order from this same Pizza Hut at least 2 times/month and this is the outcome every time. Will not be back. Absolute terrible workers.

There was an error with my online delivery order and my boyfriend decided to go up to the location to see what the issue was. The manager went OVER AND BEYOND! I want to say thank you for you professionalism, understanding and accommodations. THAT is how you handle a customer grievance!
