I ordered through the app and showed up 2min before it was said to be ready thinking it would be a simple pickup since I paid in advance. I was wrong. There was one lady at the register who literally helped the guy in from of me for 10 minutes helping him decide what to order, at one point he was even on his cell phone(Don’t take my word for it management, look at your cameras from 11:19pm to 11:35pm) This was problematic because shortly after I walked in I watched my pizza come out of the oven. Since she saw me standing there the entire time (about 4 minutes into my wait she asked if I was a Door Dasher and I told her my pizza was already out and it was a pickup. Maybe Door Dash is the cheat code to get her to spring into action), you would think that once she finally finished with the customer she would’ve had a sense of urgency to get me taken care of. You’d be wrong. She was moving like molasses on a cold day. She probably didn’t think I saw her nudge my pizza over with her bare hand to make room for the next pizza to come out of the oven. Yes, I saw you. So now, exactly 10min after it came out of the oven, she finally moved it over, cut it into slices, and placed it into a box. To add insult to injury, I even tipped when I paid on the app. And when I finally got my warm pizza(no longer hot) and went to leave, you think she apologized for the inconvenience? Nope. Below average customer service plus warm pizza equals never coming here again.

This location is always extremely clean, and the atmosphere is pleasant and inviting. Jay is very kind and helpful with making sure I get my money worth to feed my family on a tight budget. I’ve have always received great customer service from Jay and staff. The food is always prepared fresh and hot. No complaints at all here. I love this location. I wish we had one closer to Mansfield Rd

This was my 2nd ordering time the Big New York pizza from the same location. The 1st time was last year around this time. It was delivered within the estimated time, but it was definitely not like I remembered. The dough was tasty, and the sauce was basic, but they didn’t skimp on the beef. The box says 6XL slices, but that’s not what we received. It was decent, nothing to warrent another try. The chocolate chip cookie pizza was awesome!!

I literally cannot order from this branch anymore it’s so bad. Which sucks because I love Pizza Hut’s menu but after 3 horrible experiences in a row I can’t risk wasting money here again only to end up getting dinner somewhere else because it’s so disgusting. Save yourselves the hassle, frustration, and money. Just use another place for a quick dinner for the family. Just look at the pictures: very few toppings, undercooked, and wet with cold grease.

This was a bad experience. Placed an online order that the tracker said would be ready at 11:15 pm. I arrived about 11:20 order wasn’t ready even tho my daughter said the screen said ready when she went in an paid. 11:35 rolls around I walk in no one acknowledged me at all after standing there for a few minutes. I also said hello to try and get someone’s attention. Every one was to busy trying to clean up instead help the customers. I go behind the counter and say can I get a refund. That finally got someone to come to the front. In the midst of waiting for my food my daughter goes to tell me that they gave me extra bacon because they have no pork sausage or beef. So I’m very irritated. After receiving my food we get in the car and pull off. Before we could get out the parking my daughter says momma we got a brownie not a cookie. So I basically paid food that the workers ordered. They could have called me when the order was mad and told me about the meat. I guess cleaning up for closing was more important. 30$ I spent and the only thing was right were the cheese bread but they even cut those. I really need to be reimbursed

If you order for delivery, don’t expect to actually get your whole order. I didn’t get the wings that I ordered and paid for. Couldn’t get someone to answer their phone to address the issue. As of now, I’m out almost $40 for one pizza; save your money. It also looks like my pizza had a rough ride or was tossed at my door.

I have order from yall numerous of Times and every time my order was wrong because y’all have one certain person that don’t pay attention or is moving at a slow pace. And I can pull up receipts, but calling the place of business where I work at is so out of line because I posted the young lady that always get my order wrong when I am off the clock and not in uniform, she shouldn’t have no reason to be getting in touch with the main office about me.
