My experience was, again, the wrong crust
🙁 I can’t seem to get them to give me tavern crust, you can clearly see the crust on pics. The other thing was I bought a pepperoni lovers and a meatlovers and they were lacking cheese and sauce :/ Highly unsatisfied with this order. A pepperoni lovers has 2 while layers of pepperoni and cheese…cheese pep cheese pep…that’s the order lol! I wish I had taken more pics but yeah it was lacking…I felt completely ripped off. Even the meat lovers was lacking, I felt like I was eating a cracker but with an odd brittle like texture…I LOVE crisp lol!

I live in Mansfield, but I prefer to get my food from here. Best pizza ever, only place I get my chicken, bacon, ranch with mushrooms. Stopped in today, pizza was hot and ready, staff was excellent.

I ordered a delivery on Friday October 27th. It was a small pizza with a couple extra items. My delivery was supposed to arrive around 8:30 and my text said it was delivered. Apparently someone was standing outside and the driver assumed the man had placed the order. I finally received my order after 10 pm and was told I didn’t qualify for any discounts because it was a new driver and not his fault. I am disabled, I was extremely tired and didn’t even receive an apology when I called wondering WHO my food was delivered to. I’m also wondering why I was billed for BOTH orders. We’ve ordered from them a few times which will not happen again.

I ordered a pizza and it never arrived, After waiting on my pizza for a hour I decided call the Pizza Hut in Stonewall, La. I ordered it from. I was told oh we canceled your order a hour ago because we didn’t have anyone to bring it to you because we are short on drivers. They didn’t even bother to call and tell me my order was cancelled . We had a delivery time of 6:42pm and it’s 7:16pm and no pizza in sight. We called and they said they only had one delivery person. Then don’t give a time you can’t meet. The pizza will be cold. We will not order from here again!

This is the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. We did quit going to this one because the quality is always bad but tried it again last night and it was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. It was stale, hard, barley had sauce, cheese and toppings and tasted like it’s been sitting in a fridge for a week and they just heated it up in a microwave. That’s for real the last time we’ll ever go to this location. Don’t waste your money.

I will not be coming back here! On New Years Eve night I came in and ordered 6 pizzas! The pizzas were supposed to be $7.99 each! I was charged $94! I just swiped my card all frivolously and didn’t pay attention to my total, b/c I had my kids with me worrying me about getting fireworks! I asked for a receipt seeing that were going to have to come back and pick them up since it was an hour wait time! The lady at the counter told me that she couldn’t print me out a receipt until the check was cashed out!(should’ve suspected something then) We left and got fireworks! While getting fireworks it hit me that I was charged $94 for an order that should’ve been hald that! Came back to get the pizza after the 45 minute wait time, the order wasn’t ready still! I asked why my order was so much (when it shouldbe been around $50) the new lady at the counter looked at it and told me that my coupons wasn’t applied! Which was odd b/c I specifically told the lady that I wanted 6 of the $7.99 pizzas! She fixed my order and had to refund me my money back and redo the transaction! But the icing on the cake was after sitting there an additional hour waiting for pizzas my order was never made! ♀️ ♀️ So the manager gave me $20 credit and told me that we had to wait an additional 15! Waited the additional time and my order was wrong! Got my money back and left! It was terrible! I won’t ever come back to this place again!

I really like Pizza Hut’s wings! They are some of my favorite and you would not expect them to be as big as there are,especially coming from a fast food joint. Their side items and pasta are another nice surprise. The next time you order, add something other than pizza and you won’t regret it!
