This place has gotten worse and worse. First of all when you make a pizza, a quarter of it should not be crust. Their pizzas hardly have any cheese on or any toppings. If you’re paying $17 for a pizza, it should look like a pizza not a piece of cardboard. The service there and the employees are ridiculous. They do not acknowledge that you’re even standing in line. They just keep right on doing what they’re doing like you’re not even standing there. Stop ordering from this place and go find you a Hunt Brothers Pizza at one of the local convenience stores like Buzz Buy in Dixie Inn or deli stop in Sibley. The pizza runs about $11 for a medium and they load toppings on there. The Pizza Hut in Minden is no longer worth the money. It is a major rip off. The wait time at the store is also ridiculous. The app tells you that your pizza should be ready in 30 minutes and it’s up to an hour. Go to Dominoes go to Johnnys Go to Hunt Brothers because this place needs to be shut down.

The quality is definitely going downhill lately. Ordered 3 pizzas. Crusts are all rock hard, and the cheese is hard too, the pizza was also missing chunks when i opened it. Done with this location. Food would have gotten a 0 if possible.

This is by far the worst pizza place in Minden and I suspect this locations days are probably numbered as I can’t imagine people will continue to give them business. Ordered two hand tossed medium pizzas and what we received were two paper thin pizzas. These pizzas were so thin you could see light through them. I would say it could potentially be a training issue or incorrect order but this is not the first time. Which means this location is intentionally taking advantage of their customers and not providing what is being purchased. I would steer clear of this place and get your pizza elsewhere. For Minden, everyone out pizzas the hut.

If I could give them a negative number I would. It took 2 hours from the time I ordered till it was delivered. The food was cold, they didn’t bring my cheesy bread or marinara sauce. I won’t be ordering from them again

Ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni lovers pizza with
Extra sauce. Got it. Looked great until I tried to take it out of the box. It was still so raw that it was stuck to the box. Let them know that it was too under done and they *remade* it. With the thinnest crust I have ever seen. The least amount of sauce possible. And not the pepperoni lovers amount of pepperoni. Was too frustrated to even bother bringing it up to them again.

I ordered a large pizza with a 2liter drink, pizza was 20 minutes late and cold. The drink was not with the order. I called and was told at our local location that if I wanted a refund I would have to bring the pizza back. I asked for a refund for the drink I didn’t receive and was given store credit! I will pick up the drink tomorrow and will NEVER eat Pizza Hut again!!! This is the second BAD experience I have had with this local store and there will NOT be given a third chance.

Rgm needs training. She is horrible. How can you close your store for the night and not have your manager ready for the next day. Place was dirty and the morning manager didn’t have the dough for us the evening order what we need to order.

Will never order from Pizza Hut again! Worst service ever! Scheduled an order to be delivered at 5 pm and hour goes by still not delivery! Tried to call but no one at this store can answer a phone to help out customers goes straight to a holding line.
