EDIT: the service was better when entering the store, she did exactly what was ideal. remaking the pizza, asking us if it looked good before. Good job on her part and very appreciative of her service. In all honesty, the pizza was very dry. On one of my orders i requested extra sauce. there’s BARELY any sauce. As someone who used to work at a pizza place for 2 years, the pizza i received from pizza hut tonight was trash. Very dry, barely any sauce, the banana peppers shouldn’t have the butt on my pizza, it was very distasteful and the toppings should have covered more space. The green bell peppers were not good. Overall do not order from this pizza hut my whole family has never been this disappointed and dissatisfied as we are. When we returned the pizza they remade it better with no problem.

They are so unprofessional and don’t care what they send out. I asked why my pizza didn’t look like a supreme in the picture. Worker claimed the pizza in the picture was overpowered. Really??? She just didn’t care after I included a tip in my payment. Will not be ordering from this store. People make too many excuses for not doing a good job.

I will never return to this Pizza Hut location. We arrived a little ahead of our order pick up time, so we had to wait a few minutes. That wasn’t the issue. The issue was the cut of our pizza and the toppings.
Our pizza was nice and hot when we got it, so that was good. However, immediately upon opening the box, we noticed that the pizza wasn’t cut evenly. Again, not a huge deal.
We ordered the tastemaker. On this particular pizza, the customer is allowed 3 toppings. We chose pepperoni, onions, and green peppers. Our pizza was loaded with green peppers and onions but they seemed stingy with the pepperoni. Why?
I feel that the customer should get what they pay for!
Moreover, our pizza was on the dry side. The sauce was not consistent throughout. It’s clear that the employees don’t pay attention to how they make the pizzas.
Overall, I feel that this Pizza Hut location is not worth another visit.

Customer service is getting better. The food isn’t garmet but quality pizza hut pizza. The current pizza bundle deal is a great deal that’s enough to feed a family at a reasonable price.

I order the Big New Yorker pizza. The pizza looked and tasted like a pizza sitting out old day. It was dried out, not hot at all and had no flavor to it. It was just nasty. I through the entire thing away. A waist of money.

They have really good customer service and had our food ready and hot when I picked it up. They made sure to verify the pizza was correct before leaving. They even wrote a special birthday message on the box for my son’s birthday today.

I’ve had several bad experiences here but this by far was the worst. Waited over 35 minutes. My food was taken for a delivery order. Had to wait longer. Then the rest of my order was wrong, the entire order.

My husband and I live close to and have given this Pizza Hut several tries. Each time has been pretty bad. From not giving us the correct order to taking way too long. Our last straw was this past week.
1. I guess they couldn’t get our box to close with the food that’s advertised to fit in it, so they took some of the cheese sticks out. Keep in mind, this first picture was taken before we even touched the food.
2. A long piece of hair was cooked all into the cheese of 2 different slices. So repulsive! Spend your money anywhere else besides at this Pizza Hut.

They have terrible attitude and horrible customer service .. store was filthy and all my food was doughy at not cooked!
Edit!!!! Tried it again. SMH I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery, get it and once again its RAW .. its regular crust, makes no sense. I had to leave and return it, they remake it, and its raw again, and I ask them to put it back in. No sorry, a lousy 10$ credit, and still waiting. They do NOT give a dam about thier customers. Store needs to be re trained.. or closed.
