The absolute worst customer service of any food place. Ordered a pizza easy on the sauce and was very specific about almost no sauce cane with extra sauce. Called and spoke the a manager and they were going to send another pizza again was very specific with him. Took longer than they said to arrive and it had a lot of sauce on it pretty much a normal amount with what looks like extra cheese compared to the first pizza and it was barely cooked. Called back and the previous manager had left and the new manager argued with me about the amount of sauce and told me to just not order. Neither one appear to be almost no sauce. I ordered online delivery. The store called me promptly to let me know that they were out of sweet chili sauce for my wings so I changed it to honey bbq. The Cinnabon rolls and pizza were good but the wings didn’t have any sauce on them. It’s like the put the sauce in the container and then placed the wings in the box. All the food was hot though and delivery time was decent.

I am in the hospital with my wife. I ordered some wing’s and a Philly cheese steak melt. When the driver got here she didn’t have any change so I had to give a $17 dollar tip. On top of that the wing’s I ordered was not the right one that I ordered. The melt was not right it was like a pepperoni and other meat in it. It was hard and cold I am very very disappointed with this. If I could give a no star review then I would.

Quick & easy to order. It was ready when I arrived. Pizza was great but marina doesn’t belong with cinnamon sticks. Cinnamon stock were good but would have been nice to have icing.

I love my local store. The Pizza Hut IT group is the worst on the planet. Why must I spend 20 minutes re-ordering a pizza that I have gotten 100’s of times? It should be like Amazon, right? Even better than Amazon. I am only re-ordering two pizzas, supreme or thin crust supreme. Why is it like pulling hen’s teeth?

Pizza Hut used Doordash to deliver my order. The driver had evidently picked up several orders at the store, and left the wrong one at my door. I drove up to the store with the incorrect order and asked them to replace it with my correct order while I waited. The rude, toothless man working the counter informed me that it was not Pizza Huts fault and I needed to pursue a refund through Doordash. I informed him that I didn’t order the food from Doordash, but Pizza Hut, and that it is Pizza Hut who needed to make the situation right. He raised his voice and dismissed me with a wave of his hand, repeating that it wasn’t his problem. I am appalled at the horrible customer service I received here.

I barely do bad reviews unless needed and this was needed. Ordered through the app to use my rewards since my son wanted pizza. Well pizza was wrong and they even forgot the drink. I got the drink but still incorrect pizza. After calling this morning and getting no service, I just called the Corporate office number. I guess this location figured it didn’t matter since we used Pizza Hut Rewards but we earned those! Oh yeah I also don’t have the correct receipt to do an actual survey at the bottom. I was told that this is the stores copy and not the customers.

I had delivery. The service was on time. The temperature of the pizza not as warm as I like. Toward the crust too much bubble up crust. It looked more like a Recetrack store pizza. I’ll pick up next time so I can look at the pizza 1rst. I have high standards for Pizza hut. I consider them the best. I’ll give them another chance
