AMAYA and BLAKE 5/5 both need a raise! This needs to be brought up to Pizza Hut management that these two are the best workers I’ve seen in a while. She helped me decide what to order and told me which dessert was the best tasting one, to which I found out later it was. I was outside on the telephone after I ordered my food and Blake came outside and told me my order was ready, without being prompted he did it out of the kindness of his heart. Very good people, and I will be going back to this Pizza Hut every time that I’m in town in the future. I wish everybody else had customer service skills like them two. It’s hard to find a pair of people that work good together like that these days. I hope they make it far in their career at Pizza Hut, or whatever they decide to do in the future. Hopefully they stay as a team because they work very good together. When I got home, my pizza was cooked to perfection. I got the pizza with the heart. Blake told me he had the same exact order for him and his girlfriend recently, which was pretty cool. It tasted just as good as it looked, 10 out of 10! The cinnamon miniatures that Amaya told me to get, were the best recommendation I’ve had in a while. They were hot and had a cream cheese style icing on them, and I’ll probably be ordering some more in the next few days. Great location, with some of the best workers I’ve seen in a while at any pizza place.

Clean facility and great service. Pizza crust over cooked with meat and cheese tasted really dry…tasted like cardboard with no sauce. Sign out front not on, passed it once and turned around and found it by accident. Thank goodness for google maps. $19 for a medium pizza. 2.5 $$

I decided to order from Pizza Hut tonight. Look I understand being busy but when you cannot make a pizza and make it look closely to the picture there is no excuses. This is suppose to be a Ham Pepperoni and Italian sausage depth dish pizza. And it looks like crap. I will make sure to look at the pizza before driving all the way home next time.

I can’t tell you how much I say avoid this place. If at all your not a people person seriously stay away. They are too friendly and the customer service is just ugh, if I wanted 5 star service I would go to a restaurant not pizza hut but here they are over delivering on the standard. Not even commenting on the food because these so called melts are far more of a serious cuisine. If I wanted a real melt I would go down the road to burger king where they properly forget to toast their bread like a normal chain. So if your looking for that greasy fast dine n forget your soul and toilet type pizza try the others walker has to offer

Had an issue with my pizza being i’m allergic tomato’s (will hive up!) explain too the manager i believe (i didn’t get a name) and he sent a new one out for me with no sauce! great service and was super polite on the phone!! thank you guys !

This was the first time I ordered Pizza Hut delivery in Walker. I ordered the dinner box wand was very surprised how much food came in it for 12.99: a Pan pizza, 10 cheese sticks (1.00 upgrade from normal bread sticks), and cinnamon sticks. Then I ordered a separate order of mini apple pies for a little less than six dollars. The delivery was prompt and the driver was polite. Everything was still hot enough to burn my tongue when it arrived. Total, after the 5.99 delivery fee and tip was right at under 30$. I will order from there again, for sure!

My food was great! We hit a couple bumps with the use of coupon codes and delivery of the correct pizza but the assistant manager quickly, promptly and professionally rectified the problems!! I greatly appreciated him working through the situation immediately!!! Things happen!!

I ordered 2 pizzas, a pepperoni lovers and a meat lovers. They were both cooked to perfection, with abundant toppings, and piping hot when I received them. Best pizza Ive had in a very long time.

I redeemed a pizza hut pizza, with extra sauce and light cheese extra pepperoni and half bacon. I received no extra sauce , all bacon and heavy cheese no pepperoni. As soon as I noticed I told the driver. He said to keep pizza and call they’ll mostly likely send the correct one. I call and the young lady states the pizza was accurate because she fixed it and I didn’t have pepperoni on the ticket. I stated it was a rewards pizza and I ordered both but I can’t check it on my end. I co tinued to explain. I can’t eat that pizza and I would like the correct one . She stated she could only do the half bacon because it will mess up her orders to make it the way I initially wanted it even if it was an error. But you messed up the first one yourself. I requested her name but she didn’t feel comfortable. Pizza Hut doesn’t believe in customer service or rather certain of their employees. I’m doing Somewhere else from nowcon!! Ridiculous
Oh and just opened bone less chicken , suppose to be 8 pieces only 6! Absolutely Ridiculous
