Going somewhere else next time. Online order for pickup was convenient. Specials are nice. Lots of pizza, side, & drink options. Ordered 2 pizzas. Service was BOO. Waited for 20ish minutes, no acknowledgement. Employees moved real slow. Pizzas were late (20 minutes I waited) & both pizzas were significantly undercooked. Baked longer at home.

Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for this!!! We ordered 2 large pizzas and got 4 medium boxes with four slices of pizza in each box just like this!! Why even deliver this to someone. Why not call and say hey we’re out of large would you like a medium instead. It wouldnt have been such a problem if they were neatly placed in the boxes. I should have been done after they delivered this “pasta” to us.

The manager and workers at this locations is stealing money off of customers credit card.I ordered a big box dinner with marina i sauce which totaled 32.13 which was purchased on 09/05/2023. Today 09/07/2023 my card was charged again with an updated total of 37.13. I DID NOT LEAVE A TIP OR SIGN THE RECEIPT STATING A TIP. I ORDERED PICK UP. I’ve called to resolve the issue however the manger proceeded to double charge my card and refuses to give her name and answer any questions. She also proceeded to say she will send a refund receipt through via text which is unprofessional.

I want to say that it was the 3rd of November and I had never been there before. First impression was GREAT! The girl knew her specials off the top of her head without missing a beat…. She was extra friendly and everything went great…. She was by herself and did everything that morning, made the pizza very good! I will be going back! I wish I had her name, I’ll have to go back and see. Employees/hard workers are very far and in between and never get just a compliment or you’re appreciated…. They only hear from their boss when someone complains! Please acknowledge your employees and be kind!

This Pizza Hut is using Door Dash for delivery. My delivery was an additional 20+ minutes later than the promised wait time by the confirmation email. The dasher is not guaranteed to make the delivery on time AND can stop and make other pick ups before delivering. When I called and tried to speak to a manager 2 different people claimed to be managers until I let them know I would be complaining to the corporate office then suddenly they said they weren’t actually store managers. They also stated this happens all the time and they frequently use door dashers rather than Pizza Hut employees to deliver. If this is the case they should be disclosing this to all customers at the point of sale.
