Made a pickup order through the app. Got there and they were CLOSED! Now my money is tied up for 3-5 business days! This Pizza Hut will never get our business again. The owners need to sell it to competent people who know how to disable online ordering when closed. Avoid this place!!!

My daughter pickup our food. She said they had to fix our pizza 2 times because it wasn’t the right pizza. We ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni, easy. She said they didn’t got stuffed crust, the 2nd time they did stuffed crust but Supreme and finally they got the right pizza. Then I ordered a calzone type all meat -Italian sausage and it had Italian sausage. I will probably not order here for a bit to see if they get better. Was not my usual pizza hut.

Today I ordered a pizza and not only was the delivery driver rude, but the manager was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Yelling at me on the phone, cutting my off when explaining the situation etc. due to the managers failure to be able to control their emotions. I couldn’t even explain that my pizza was destroyed due to the delivery driver improperly carrying it and yanking it back from me. Definitely wouldn’t order from this location!

The pizza looked old and taste like it looks. There was no garlic seasoning in the crust like we asked. The pizza also looked like a thin crust, but was to be a hand tossed. Very dissatisfied!!! This is not the first time we have ordered and it came out this way!!

I’ve gotten food from this store before, and it was pretty good. My issue lately is that the last 4 times I’ve ordered. I got all the way to checkout, just to get a notification stating that they’re closed. Every time I have attempted to order has been between 6 and 8pm. Next time just let customers know that you’re closed during peak business hours. Don’t waste my time. Very disappointed

Well, this is not the first time my family and I have had issues with this Pizza Hut. My mother ordered online for delivery two sets of the cinnamon sticks (online it says one order has a set of 10 sticks) therefore we should have received 20 sticks but instead we only received 10. Since we paid for it we decided to call them and ask for them to send out the rest of what we paid for. The guy on the phone said that one order of cinnamon sticks at their establishment contained only 5 sticks. Thus, either the website was falsely advertising or this store is just ripping people off. Then the guy went on to tell my mother that she was wrong and was very curt. We could hear him and the manager speaking in irritation when he went between talking with my mother and them. Also, when my mother asked to speak to the owner (not the manager), the employee couldn’t even name the person who provides their paycheck! I mean what kind of business is this place running?! Totally insane. I just can’t believe how rude they were to my mother. Needless to say, we will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again and we most definitely will NOT recommend them.
