Decided to try this location again since I live so close by. Last order, my pizza was half raw and the cheese didn’t even stick together.
This time, I kid you not, my hand tossed pizza crust was like thin crust. It was horrible. It tasted like cord board. I worked at this location as a cook a few years ago and I definitely know what expired dough taste and looks like. The pan pizza I received as well was old and flat. I hate leaving feed backs like this but something has to give especially when you spend $20+ more..

I ordered a large pizza with three toppings when I get it, it has no sauce. The pizza didn’t even taste like Pizza Hut pizza it was the most disgusting pizza I’ve ever eaten in my life. I will not be back.

Took my kids for a promotional special. Called ahead to let them know I would let my son run in to practice picking up food. They were so nice to him and my little son was still very confident when he came back into the car. He said the man was very nice to him. We will be frequenting Pizza Hut more often based on their kindness, patience, communication, and understanding. It’s always nice when the world doesn’t rush kids just trying to practice life skills. Great pizza and reminds me of the joy I had when I was a kid!

EVERYONE OUT PIZZA’S THE HUT! Overall: RUDE service, DID NOT GET ALL OF MY ORDER, SLOPPY & DISGUSTING FOOD
I just ordered a doordash WHICH WAS:
cinnamon sticks with two icings
a chicken alfredo that doordash said came with 5 BREADSTICKS and a marinara sauce
WELL! I didn’t get the breadsticks or the marinara, the sauce to the pasta is basically WATER. It tastes horrible despite adding seasoning to the water drizzled pasta. Gladly, they didn’t butcher the cinnamon sticks. ALTHOUGH, when I had my husband call to ask how many sticks come in it, they HUNG UP IMMEDIATELY. I called three more times, and then the automated system stopped and heard them pick up to just put the phone back down.
EVERYONE OUT PIZZA’S THE HUT!
edit: I just tried to look through my pasta to see if i could even FATHOM eating it, but found a black/brown curly hair. It’s definitely not mine or my husband’s, he has straight light brown hair and i have curly colored hair.

we had placed an order on the app for a pizza, pasta and a combo with a pan pizza and wings. we waited in our car until it got closer to the order’s ready time. went in and they told us they canceled our order because they ran out of wings. they didn’t call, email us or try to substitute the item. they told us we would have to replace our order and we would have to wait the same amount of time again.

Honestly worst pizza restaurant of all time. First off deep dish it’s never cooked all the way at this location. Every time I get bites of raw dough.
2nd i ordered delivery recently. It never showed. When I called they said they gave it to door dash. Never received it as it was stolen by door dash. I sent my son 3 hours after firt order to have food picked up. That worked.
When asked for a refund they denied me. And still gave tip and delivery fee to door dash.
I hate to say it but the pizza hut is pizza dead.

Don’t order delivery. It’ll take them an hour to get to your house and the pizza WILL taste an hour old… even if you called and they tell you it was marked out for delivery by mistake and it’s just coming out the oven… they LIE!!!!
