Ordered a family meal and a third pizza, gave them 20 minutes when it said it would be done in 13 minutes… pulled up to the window and they didn’t have my order. I asked where my order was because on the app it showed it was done. Here I am 35 minutes later at the window and my order still isn’t done… they waited till I was in the drive thru to call me to tell me they don’t have onions and said they tried calling ♀️ the only call I got was the one when I was already sitting in the drive thru. Last time coming to this location!! Extremely poor customer service!!

Places like this one bring the entire corporation down as a whole. They are literally always out of something. Not sure if it’s an independently owned location or what, but they’re hardly ever open either. Disappointing to say the least. Im surprised this location is still standing.
