Ordered for the first time since the repair. (Someone tried to force drive thru status on the establishment) both pizzas were raw in the middle and the cheesy bread was uncooked. It sucked. Not ordering from here again. Honey BBQ wings were great though.

Pizza was okay could have cooked a little longer.
My one complaint the front glass door is always filthy and handprints everywhere. Please buy this business some glass cleaner and clean that door handle. Manager was sitting in her vehicle talking on her phone when I got there. She came in took my order. When I returned to get my pizza she was back in her vehicle again. In that time someone should be cleaning that door. It says a lot about a business if your front door is filthy.
The lady was very nice and polite.

First off the associates didn’t acknowledge me when I walked in. One sitting down by the door, the other one was sitting down in the back of the register. I’m looking like well hello not one person responded back. I said it again (Hello)cause at this point it’s no way not one of them isn’t acknowledging the customer!!! They were 2 males Keelyn ,and Gavin. I placed my order cause I’m hungry for a pizza. Came back within 10 minutes it was Hot and fresh. Go back next door by the laundry room,started eating my pizza to only find a hair under my pizza ! Returned back by Pizza Hut only for Keelyn to question what color was the hair cause apparently Gavin made the pizza as he would say.Keep looking at Gavin like to say your hair is brown but Keelyn Hair is black. He hesitated to give me a refund but i stated I want my refund no an if or butts. That’s why it’s no business at that location due to poor management skills and customer service!!! I will NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

I ordered on the app. My husband went to pickup our order. He stated they had a young lady waiting for her order and the men were in the back cursing like they were in their home. He said it was so unprofessional. Did not acknowledge he was there. Then one worker went to the back to say a customer was upfront. One person came up front to mop up then asked him if he needed help. I have not ordered from this Pizza Hut in Rayne, La. in years because of the same issue. Guess I will go back to ordering from Domino’s across the street.

My daughter ordered in the app for delivery. Waited over an hour for Pizza, still nothing. I called the Rayne location (where she ordered) had to be transferred to the store. I was on hold for 17 minutes, then they hung up on me! Terrible service, will not order from here again. Very disappointed
