Ordered a Lg 1 topping pepperoni online. Went to pick it up and paid for it, then opened the box to check it and the order was wrong. It was a plain cheese pizza. I was told that I would have to pay again to get a pepperoni pizza so I asked for a manager only for the manager to say the same thing. I was talked to very rudely and disrespectful. I hope not because of my race which is African American and the workers there were Whites.

My order was wrong for an online order and instead of calling me to tell me they were out of multiple things, they put cheese and a pound of garlic on a thin crust pizza. I called the store and talked to 3 people just for them to lie and tell me they tried to call me. The manager that I talked to was dismissive and rude. She was on shift at 8:45pm on 03/14/25. I told her I just wanted to get the money back that I spent on the pizza and she said “What do you mean get the money back?”

Just got the new cheesy bites pizza, very disappointing especially since the bites had 0 seasoning or butter on it. Also the cinnamon rolls barely had icing and the apple pies had no cinnamon sugar. Very disappointed.

Total was 23.97. Dude gave me 5 dollars and 3 cents. Was planning on giving him the 5 for a tip but knew I was shorted a dollar when he handed my change. God works in mysterious ways. And I don’t even know what was going on with this bread sticks lol. Maybe someone was hungry? You be the judge I guess. We won’t even talk about how the bread sticks weren’t cut.

Went to order online. Saw a deal for a large 3 topping pizza for 11.99. Thought that sounded like a good deal. I got pepperoni, mushroom , and roasted red peppers. Went to pick up the order, asked for parmesan, and the guy told me that they would have to charge me. I asked them if they had the little foil packs. They said no, it was not a big deal to me. I said it was fine i dont want it. Get to my house and open the box, only to find it is missing the roasted red peppers. Drive back to pizza hut and tell them they forgot a topping. They said that topping was out of stock. The manager asked if i ordered it online, i said yes then the manager said that they have no control over online orders. If i was picking up from that location, why would it let me pick that topping if that location did not have it ? He asked me if i wanted to credit the missing topping ? I said no, i dont want the pizza anymore. Then offered me a refund, i gladly accepted those terms. I dont know what is going on, pizza hut used to be better than this. I can see why every location around my area is rated an average 3 stars. Seems like a lot of people are disappointed with missing toppings, greasy pizza, and sometimes 2 hr deliveries.

I’ve recently pulled up to this location in hopes of placing an order. When I pulled up, workers were outside smoking. One was sitting on a chair and literally coughed and spat right there IN FRONT OF THE STORE. She then went back inside behind the counter. God only knows if they wash their hands before making pizzas. This is by far the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen at an establishment. Thank goodness I was there to witness this. Dominoes it is!

I ordered pizza from here which arrived 2 hours late burnt and greasy the driver stated the employee was working alone and backed up and I’m very understanding of someone having a bad day so I left it alone. I then got a coupon for a free pizza for my pizza being over 2hrs late. So I decided to give it another chance and ordered extra things with my free pizza. It arrived missing an item I call the store a guy puts me on hold for the manager 20 mins passed.I decided to go to the store while still on hold I walk in the manager is on her personal phone she didn’t greet me or ask me why I was there just proceeded with her phone conversation which explains why I was still on hold for 20 mins. Then proceeds to say the delivery driver stole my food. It was unprofessional and I most definitely won’t be going back.

Update: food got much better but 2hrs and 20min later and the pizza shows “preparing”, time is 7:46pm ordered at 5:21pm.
We ordered the new tavern pizza and it came on hand tossed crust. They did not have the chocolate bites so we opted for the cookie, nice that they called but we never received our desert. To top it off, we could not get ahold of the store and kept being forwarded to the answering service. After sending an email to Pizza Hut (2 weeks ago), still no one reached out to rectify. I just wanted to be reimburse, that’s all. We like this Pizza Hut but no reply from management.
