So I rarely leave bad reviews on here but…
I ordered pizza and wings over the phone and had my husband pick it up. When he got home I noticed everything that was wrong with our order.
Firstly, both pizzas were over cooked. Secondly, one of the pizzas had marinara sauce instead of the Parmesan sauce I asked for. Btw, I have bad acid reflux and cannot eat red sauce.
So we called the store to inform them of the situation. Instead of apologizing and offering to fix the problem, I was told that I would have to come back in with the old pizza and only then would they remake the pizzas. Fine, no problem. One of my kids already ate a slice but we can return the rest. But I informed them that it was late and way past dinner time so I’d prefer for them to start making the pizzas now so that they’re ready about time we make it to the store. I have 3 hungry kids to feed and they’ve been waiting long enough. The manager, Dan, would not approve of our pizzas being remade until we returned to the store with the other pizzas. So we decided to return the pizzas and get our money back. Meanwhile, we ordered pizza from a different restaurant and were well pleased with the quality of food and service.
Um, who serves pizza like this??? Mistakes are bond to happen but the manager’s lack of concern was the biggest disappointment.

This food is always fresh at this location, and that’s the main reason I keep coming back to this Pizza Hut. Every visit has been consistently great, from the hot, perfectly baked pizzas to the generous toppings and melted cheese. The crust is always soft on the inside with just the right crisp on the outside. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and clearly cares about customer satisfaction. Orders are prepared quickly and accurately, whether dining in or taking out. The restaurant itself is clean and comfortable, making it a great spot for a casual meal. Overall, this Pizza Hut location delivers quality, freshness, and excellent service every time.

The best pizza hut in town in lafayette is the one located at 2008 Johnson st. The food is great and the service is wonderful the workers there are amazing and very nice. Its my top number 1 go to place.

This place does not know how to answer their phone. The app nor online page has any options to change, edit, or contact anyone if you need to. I spent 20 minutes trying to get in touch with a single person at this store and there was no way.
