I eat at this restaurant alot. Order pizzas around 2:30 pm today and the app won’t let me tell then we’ll done. I usually call and let them know. Today I called and was put on hold. No problem you’ll be right back? Wrong! Hang up call back. Immediately on hold 5 more minutes. Hang up call back. Immediately on hold again! 20 minutes later I get to the restaurant and the women is on the phone and tells me to hold on as she is over by the oven on the damn phone! I would’ve understood if she was busy but there where two DAMN orders ready! I dont mind holding but eventually you need to answer the Damn phone!

This Pizza Hut location is TOP NOTCH! I ordered online to do pickup in store. When I arrived to pick up my pizzas, the associate at the register was extremely friendly and asked how my evening was going. When my order was ready another gentleman called out my name and when I came to the the counter to pickup my food he opened each box to make sure they made my order correctly. After that I picked up my boxes and he came and opened up the door for me so I could make it to my car, without me askinh. I don’t know, I have NEVER had such good service at a chain pizza joint ever in my life. Top notch!

This was my first time eating from this location and was not disappointed. I put an online order in a little late. It was almost 15 mins to closing. They still took my order and delivered it. Not only was it delivered quickly but was also made fresh and correct. Thanks guys for awesome service!! Yall rock!!

Absolutely ridicoulous. First, they had no wings available. How is that? And when i asked ok are yall accomadating the rep stated no. Second, i asked for a manager snf the rep decided to not worry about my concern with wanting to speak to Julie. Third, she wasnt able to refund my money for the wings becaus she claimed it was an order online and she wasnt able to refund me. Fourth, i ordered my food which is only one medium pizza that went well over the estimated delivery time. Btw its 1:30 and we still have not gotten a one lonely pizza. I will never order from this place again.

Our order was prepared quickly and when I went to pick it up Joshua was enthusiastic and efficient. I had a very minimal wait and he still apologized, made sure we had every item that we ordered and got me out the door quickly.

I ordered it with a different crust but other than this, it was good. They had a computer crash so the associate was managing it well. She was friendly and went out of her way to explain and ensure I got my order. Because of the computer issues and her dealing with it among other customers, I didn’t call or notify the store of it being made with the wrong crust. Overall I was pleased.
