We ordered a New Yorker, but just changed up the toppings. We wanted the crust of the New Yorker with ham, chicken and pineapples.the toppings would have barely been enough for a small pizza! There were like 12 pieces of each one on the whole pizza! That was bad enough! But then, it was not even cooked enough. The dough was soggy in the middle! YUCK. That is the only word I can use for the pizza we got, and for the reasons stated. YUCK!

The employees here can be incredibly rude, difficult to deal with, and incompetent. I really wish the franchise owner or corporate cared about who they hired because these people interact with the public. Whenever our kids want to use the BOOK IT program, the employees treat us like sub humans. Pizza Hut’s online order system is practically broken, especially when using coupons, so we bring our coupon inside and ask the cashier to ring us up. Sometimes they’ll begrudgingly do so and other times like today, they’ll REJECT us and say use the coupon online only or leave. Pizza Hut employees made my wife sit in the restaurant and make multiple separate orders on her phone to use the coupon while they sat there and did nothing. I don’t know why I continue to tip these people out of the goodness of my heart, some of the worst service we’ve ever encountered.

Great experience! The delivery driver was very polite, the app was easy to use & I used my rewards I saved to get a free pizza plus I bought another pizza & cheese sticks. I was having a bad day thinking about when I had my defibrillator put in about 3yrs ago & having this pizza definitely made my day way better. The employees here are cruel and unusual. They will not take an order over the phone or in store if it requires them to lift a finger or use any brain power. They force you to use their broken Pizza Hut website to order so they can sit back and relax. Stay far away if you plan on using any coupon or promotion, as the Pizza Hut employees will proceed to treat you like scum of the earth for trying to use a coupon your kid earned in school.

I’ve only picked up from this location using the app. Food is always made super fast (less than 15 min) and tastes great. Store is clean and the employees are busting their butts inside to make orders fast. Love this Pizza Hut and never had an issue. Keep up the great work!

Pizza would be good if it was made correctly. I didn’t know “light sauce” meant no sauce. Pizza with no sauce is like eating cardboard. Fourth time in a row this has happened. This is disappointing. Especially when you tip decently and order $30+ worth of food. I highly doubt I will get any reimbursement but I am definitely sure that I would rather walk to McDonald’s then pay for incorrectly made food. Not to mention, customer service is lacking at best. Always leaving stuff out the order and then giving an attitude when you call and complain

This last order took over 50 minutes to arrive at My house, that is only two Minutes away from the store once the pizza finally got here it was so soaked In Grease I’ve never seen anything like it before. I was forced to use a paper towel to soak up the grease just to make it edible for my three year old son. I’m SO disappointed that I have to spend my hard earned money on such low quality food. The WORST part of it all was when I contacted the store advising them about the arrival of my pizza and the quality of it, i was hung up on, not once but TWICE. So unacceptable. I’m honestly thinking about never ordering from another pizzahut again. Also look, I understand what pizza is, I know it’s not the healthiest meal I know it’s greasy no matter what, but it’s what my son wanted so he received. The pizza was literally dripping as if it were pourn on top of it.. Also I know things gets backed up and busy so the time is negotiable but to be hungup on and disrespected is what really did it for me. When I was expilaing everything to the employee he laughed at what u had to say and used profanity on the phone that my son heard. I expect better.

I used my points to get a supreme pizza. When I got home, it was a cheese pizza, I returned it and ask for my supreme pizza. I was told no, by the “It’s Pat”. I walked out, leaving their cheese pizza on the counter. I just went to Domino’s for pizza that night. I will never go to any Pizza hut again. I will be going to any pizza place, except pizza hut. It is their loss. My family was regular customers. Update….it has been two years since I used any pizza hut, and still don’t miss it.
