We love getting Pizza Hut for when we get extra busy. Today, their staff here at E Causeway branch was extra considerate for helping bring my order to the car when I picked up with my toddler. Super appreciated and thank ya’ll for going the extra mile with our little pizza pick-up. We enjoyed our hot and delicious pizza (Hawaiian Chicken and Meat Lover’s, bacon cheddar sticks, and garlic parm chicken wings). God bless you guys!

Pizza Hut has been serving up pretty decent pizza my entire life. It should be included in the list with apple pie and fireworks as something all red-blooded patriots recognize as American goodness. Only a communist would hate on Pizza Hut. I do miss their Cavatappi and their sandwiches were downright cosmopolitan to a young girl growing up in a small rural town. But I can forgive them those errors as long as that greasy, delicious pan pizza crust holds out.
I can only give the atmosphere two stars since I’m now picking up my pineapple and ham masterpieces at strip malls, instead of those cool old mid-century buildings designed by Richard D. Burke in the 1960s. Nowadays they are anything but a pizza hut, but everyone recognizes that that local funeral home, dry cleaner or, starter church was definitely an old school Pizza Hut at one time. Bring back the old school, Pizza Hut, so I can upgrade my ratings!

My food is burned. The lady said that all the food looks like this. When I asked the lady for a refund she said she could not give me a refund. I also called the corporate number to file a personal complaint. They said that she could not refuse a refund. She was professionaly rude. she also did not have on a mask. Now my 4 year old is refusing to eat because the food is too burned.

I am a doordash driver & went in to pick up an order. I patiently waited 20 minutes before I asked a team member about the status of my order, she says to me “when it’s done it will be brought to you. if you don’t want to wait you can leave.” then proceeds to talk about me in the back with other coworkers saying I was demanding my order & being extremely rude. Then of course she walked away after she was talking about me because she was scared of what I had to say. I told her other coworkers that was very rude & their excuse for her was “usually doordash drivers are rude to us” which is absolute bull. Just because you had a bad experience with another dasher that’s no excuse to be rude to me for absolutely no reason. She got the wrong one, just wait until I come back up there.
