Had a melt from here for the first time. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Crispy, right amount of toppings, etc. Wings were standard buffalo. As usual, larger and slightly better (crispier) than the competitor (though also at a higher cost), but overall a good experience.

I ordered 2 pizzas and knots. The pizzas where so dry, no sauce. Hardly any cheese. Crust was old. I tried calling them but noone ever answers the phone. Kids tried to eat it. Not happy at all.

This particular pizza hut is not good. My wife ordered a cheese crust half and half. Got there I was told they messed it up. Had to settle for a regular hand tossed with regular crust. They claim they ran out of cheese crust. Things happen I know but every time I go there theirs always something wrong. After I got home opened the new pizza it was burned and just thrown together. I like pizza hut but just not this one. Independence is a small town and they can’t handle the orders.

This is the only option for food delivery at my address. I have been a consumer of Pizza Hut since the early 80s. Really enjoyed the pizza buffet time period. one I went to a few months back was sub-par, and the stuff crust was not good. But the last few deliveries have been very tasty. Dough,sauce, and meat have had a revision
