I wish I would’ve checked the reviews before I placed my order. Used the app to order a couple medium pizzas and breadsticks. Order confirmed at 8:23pm. Kept checking on the progress of my order where it never made it past the “preparing” icon. After an hour and half, I began calling the restaurant. It took 5 calls before someone finally answered. The young lady then tells me my order has been ready but their delivery driver got off right before I placed my order. My order had been given to a third party delivery service and was awaiting pickup for an hour! I asked to just carry out instead. When I arrived at the store, I notice my name is the only name on the order board. When I asked why I wasn’t contacted, the worker proceeds to tell me they’ve been so busy that no one had a chance to call me and tell me about my order being handed off. Hard to believe when I’m the only person in the deserted restaurant and no other names on the board. Not to mention, the worker who had to come out the back to help me, came out smacking her lips with crumbs on her mouth. But they were so busy?! Never had problems with this Pizza Hut in the past but you can guarantee I’ll never order from there again.

We order from this location. They definitely will get your order on or don’t have it at all. I got a delivery and nobody deliver it. Nobody answers the phone and when I got to the location, they were just standing around and it’s very unhygienic the manager is unprofessional, and I recommend no one to go there.

Ordered at 6:42 two hours later it still hasn’t arrived but when I called the store I was told it been ready and they’re waiting on doordash. I ordered through the pizza hut app where it said delivery in 25 minutes not through door dash. My order should NOT be dependent on doordash since that’s not what the order was placed through. When I asked if they would take something off for the inconvenience and lack of communication on their part they hung up on me. Two hours later I’m still waiting on a order that they sure as hell took my money for. And contacting customer service is the same horrible service. Never ordering from this place again.

Food was actually a lot better than I expected. I’d even say it was good. I usually get their wings but apparently they started using chicken made of gold since last time I ordered because the wing prices are ridiculous so I had pizza, which was much better than I thought it would be, cheesy bacon bread sticks which were good also if not quite as good as they sounded, one of their new melts which really makes their value menu stand out and a really good deal and then instead of real wings I got the nuggets they call boneless wings which are much more affordable than their wings are but it’s also where I had the only issue with my order which was they gave me the wrong flavor and the young man was boxing the bread sticks when I got there so we didn’t open the boxes like usual and I didn’t realize it until I got home and then they must have problems with their phone because I keep getting hung up on when I call before I get to speak with anyone so I guess I’m stuck with the wrong item. Besides that It was a pretty good experience

Just yesterday evening I decided I wanted to get some pizza for my family. I was driving home from work so my wife ordered it online and I went to pick it up. I had read some of the reviews before coming to the Pizza Hut in Franklinton la but decided to try it out for myself regardless the harsh reviews they had. The reviews proved to be right, I ordered a one large pizza a large three topping pizza and some cheese sticks with a 2 liter. When I went to pick it up I could tell something was off because of how odd the staff acted she said would you like to see your pizzas and I said yes so she showed me the cheese pizza and it looked right but couldn’t get the three topping pizza box open so I said it’s fine. They were hot and looked good so I decided to give a tip of 5 dollars to counter the 33 I spent on the meal online. Not only did I come to find out that my three topping pizza was just a pepperoni pizza but they also charged my card a full 38 dollars instead of 5 more dollars that I tipped on the ticket. My wife called I called neither one of us was fortunate enough to get an answer.

The service was bottom class.tge amount of dressings was so small that it was nearly only cheese and dough. 5 pizzas was 70 something $…couldn’t tell if I was in a pizza place or a hip hop concert … Absolutely will never be back to this place. This is a small town, and I believe someone with good food and service should occupy that building. leave town pizza hut,no place here for you corporate bending overs

If I had the option to give zero stars I would… I am absolutely disappointed in the service. I ordered 3 medium 1 topping pizzas and when I got into the store to pick them up they just gave me cheese pizza and the staff that I talked to about a mistake on their part talked down to me like I was a child. Safe to say I’m never ordering back from this location.

Apparently they don’t deliver, but tell me that they are unable to change their status online to pickup only. After almost 2 hours off watching online that my pizza was still cooking. I finally got someone on the phone and was told this. They had my phone number but never called me to let me know. I was told that they were waiting for someone from GrubHub to pickup the order! Went and got my pizza, of course it was cold.

The manager (female but didn’t get her name – probably April mentioned in other reviews) forgot to make my wings. (2 orders along with pizza and melt). Cashier offered all of my order but the wings. She apologized and ran to make them. She made one set. Once she realized her mistake, she asked the manager to make another six to complete my order. An hour later, I am still waiting. After I saw the manager put three wing orders into a delivery bag, I asked where my wings were. When I mentioned I wanted a full refund and all of my food, the manager ran to the back to hide knowing she is the only person who could give a refund.
