My cousin was wrongfully identified by a worker, leading to armed robbery charges. It cost our family thousands to get him released, and thankfully the charges were ultimately rejected. Despite this serious mistake, no one reached out to apologize or take responsibility. We are grateful for the outcome, but accountability is needed to prevent this from happening to others.

Disappointing Ordering online was a fiasco. Constant upselling. The ad for a $4.92 personal pan pizza was literally upcharged to $27.12. Each food item added 60 cents. Even charged to remove items. Delivery across the street added over $7 in extra fees even though the delivery fee says $1.49. When diid Pizza Hut and Holiday Inn Express conspire to become an extortion ring? And Holiday Inn closes their supposedly heated pool in September.

Poor. Please check your food when ordering here. I ordered Italian sausage and pepperoni pizza when my family & I bite into this pizza my son breaks out with a reaction because this meat isn’t Italian it was chicken sausage and he’s allergic to chicken sausage i called the store to let them know that we know the difference this not what we orders some woman name Bo Or Zo has and horrible attitude and tells me they they have to substitute chicken sausage for the other sausage because they are out I asked her why weren’t I notified because I would have simply told you pepperoni only she got an attitude and was very rude to me when I asked to speak to the manager she said she was the manager definitely unprofessional. I will take this further with a lawyer with my child’s reaction. You don’t put what you want to put on peoples order when they are laying their money if I wanted chicken I would have ordered chicken I will not take this lightly.

My first visit. I got steak and cheese melts. 1 order for lunch and 1 for the freezer. You get 2 of them I’m an order. I did not call or order ahead because the app wasn’t working. Attendant said she hears that from customers. A melt is gloriously my kind of food. Warm and even hot and fresh, lots of real cheese chopped, green peppers and onions. Very crispy edges and lots of beef . 1 order was $ 6.99 and it’s a lot of food. It’s perfect for a solo meal . Attendant is very nice and my food came faster than she estimated. Very clean cooking area in plane site and all staff were very busy the whole time. I waited in a comfy chair and the great news is it’s 2.5 miles from my home and 2.5 miles from work. I am now a fan of our local Pizza Hut!

If I could give them no stars. I would give the driver the star that is here. It is a shame I ordered certain items and they didn’t bring these items. I had to call 8 times to even get a person on the line. After talking to this person I explain to her that this is the third time with my credit card I got charged around 9 dollars over what my order is now mind you after doing the drivers tip and the fee to have it delivered my total came to 42.78 and i was charged 51.34. Come on it is not my bank it is you guys ripping people off. . The new driver was polite. Thank you sir. Yet manager look in to what is going on before making excuses.

Little ceasars will get my business from now on. Terrible service, sent my wife to pick up a pizza I ordered 20 minutes before for contactless delivery (take note this was suppose to be ready in 10-15 minutes). She waited an additional 15 making eye contact with the employees the whole time. The only way she got waited on was getting their attention by beating on the window. Pizza was good don’t get me wrong, but not good enough to receive treatment described above.

I order 24 buffalo mild wingsawings when I received my food(delivery) they gave me 8 barbeque wings. I called the store 4 times before getting in my car and going up there. I get there they fix my order and that’s it. I paid for delivery not pick up for a reason. I asked can they give me extra points like the last time when they messed up my order. Mr. Allen told me no because they fixed my order. I will no longer be ordering from this location. I order delivery not carry-out for a reason. I am very upset due to the fact I brought my kids pizza and had to load them up just to go get my food fix while my other part of my order sits at home getting cold. I would have been pleased if they would have offered something due to their mistake. Will be calling corporate!!!!!!!

Went in about 5:30 or so, told them I’d like their box offer, was told I had to order from online, not a problem, oh..little problem, site is down, I’ll just tell them what I want, ordered pizza..hmm..was informed they are out of dough..
I have to wonder why they are opened..it’s most certainly not to make and serve pizza!!

What can I say about the Hut well great pizza and we’ll trained and polite service just a great place to take your family or if need be to dine alone. Let’s hope you don’t have to eat alone cause everyone knows the only way to make Pizza hut’s Pizza better is to share it!!
