Well, I have given them a number of chances with bad experience after bad experience. 2 nights ago I ordered pizza, and it was supposed to arrive at 8:42. It arrived at 9:50, 68 minutes late, and cold. Called the store (before it was delivered) and they more or less told me it was my problem not theirs. Time and time again they mess up orders or pull something like this. Once we got pizzas that were stuffed crust but the cheese was spoiled. I am done with them.

I happen to stop by because I was very hungry. However, as soon as I walked in I got hit with a wave of excessive heat. It felt as if I stepped into am oven. It was hotter inside the establishment more than outside. I waited a few minutes and then canceled my order bc it was ridiculous how in June, there was no AC running. I honestly feel bad for the employees working there, THEY DO NOT DESERVE TO WORK IN SUCH DEPLORABLE CONDITIONS!!! They were sweating, looking exhausted, and dehydrated. How can anyone in a position of management subject their subordinates to such horrible conditions and expect them to give great customer service?!?!? Management needs to be fired and/or that store get closed until the AC is back in working condition. Don’t try to fix it, ACTUALLY FIX IT!!!!

Very dissatisfied with the overall experience and will not be using them again. It should not take 1 1/2 hours to receive a cold pizza and 1 order of boneless wings cold for $40. No manager onsite to express concerns or correct the problem. Just an answering service when you call that couldn’t care less about your problem and transfers you to a voicemail.

Miss the old school pizza huts with the salad bar. It’s also crazy for 2 large super supreme pizzas and a skillet cookie it ran me $48. That’s ridiculous even with inflation.

I put in a pretty large order for me and my coworkers. 12 large pizzas and 6 orders of cheesy bread sticks. I have done this several time with Pizza Huts from all over. Here is what impressed me. The pizzas not just a few but all where made with care. You can tell when they are just in a hurry. All where fresh and ready to go on time. The employees where very polite and helpful. I appreciate the attention to making my order the best they could as if it was for themselves. Great job!

Ordered pizza for delivery, waited over an hour for them to contact me right before closing and state that they didn’t have a driver and asked if I’d come pick it up. The person on the phone was very polite, which is why I gave an extra star.

I placed an online order for me, fiance and son get there they tell me someone canceled my order. I go home ask my fiance why he canceled it he says i didn’t cancel anything did they really not have our pizza. So i call and ask for manager he says he will put my order back in. Now picture I go back a second time to get my order and pizza that I open up when i get home looks like a pizza that was already made but ran through again to warm back up like they would have face me the pizza that was so say canceled. I will not order from them anymore and will travel all the way to the next city for pizza hut before wasting my money on that! If I didn’t call and cancel my order personally DO NOT CANCEL MY ORDER…
