I ordered ahead online and was given a time that my order would be ready. I drove to the store to pick up. I counted maybe 4-5 employees working. It took 5 minutes for them to even recognize that I was waiting. After giving my name for my order, it took another 10 minutes to receive my order. Why order ahead online when I still have to wait 10-15 minutes to get my order??

This shop consistently falls short and screws up orders. Gonna give Domino’s a shot again. Drinks are consistently forgotten or wrong, $5 deal not rang up properly, parm packs never brought on request and then slightly lukewarm food to finish it off. The drivers have all been great tho.

Never had issues with yall till the last couple times. Ordered 2 pizzas and one was so dried up and hard there was no way anyone wouldn’t have called and said something. This time I ordered the Detroit style (with cheese to the edges and sauce on top thats how its supposed to be)and got a regular pan pizza. Tried to contact the store right after and no answer for 30 minutes. Cmon yall have to do better dont start slipping and lose business cuz I happen to love the staff that I have dealt with

It should have a 0 zero star. Just down right horrible everything. I ordered a pizza at 7:46 PM they said it would be a 50min wait time. They texted my phone at 8:41pm saying the pizza was on it’s way l literally live 5min away from pizza hut. I had been running errands all day and didnt feel like driving. I called the store at 9:10pm the manager said the food was on it’s way. No food come by 9:40pm. I drive to the store to cancel the order. I had to wait another 10min for someone to ask what I needed. Once I asked the manager to cancel my order a crew member walks up and says it doesn’t go that way just because you live right there the driver have to deliver every other order he has. Mind you I ordered at 746pm and its damn near 2 hours later and I didn’t receive my food and the crew member telling me I need to be patient. At that point the delivery driver walks in and said he just left my house. I politely went home and brought them all the food back which was ice cold and they had the nerve to be upset. I WILL NEVER ORDER THERE AGAIN AND I WILL BE SURE TO TELL ANYONE I KNOW NOT TO ORDER THERE….

My food order was placed at 8:23pm, I got a text stating my food was out for delivery at 9:13.
I live exactly 3 minutes away, my food wasn’t delivery until 9:45.
Completely soggy and disgusting.
Called the # & of course it doesn’t go to the store because it’s not a working #. I’m completely dissatisfied

Wish I could leave a zero star review!!!! They delivered the wrong pizza. I called the store and was placed on hold, after 16 minutes I hung up and called back. When I called back, no one answered the phone. I tried 3 times to call and the phone was not answered.
I went to the store and told them what was wrong. They agreed to replace my pizza with the correct one. After 40 minutes I finally received my pizza. The guy behind the register was polite and apologized but the manager and everyone else was rude or completely ignored me.
Then I get home and discover that the other pizza I ordered, that I thought was right really was not. A Supreme Pizza was delivered with NO sauce! I didn’t ask for a pizza with no sauce but that is what I received.
I have been a Pizza Hut customer for over 25 years! They did nothing to make up for their mess up.Today, they lost a long time customer!!!!

Hadn’t ordered pizza hut in so long decided to give it a shot. Had a hand-tossed pizza that was so thin and under cooked that it flopped down when eating it and it was sitting in a pool of grease in the box. Seems like they are taking the pizza out early or the oven temp is too low. Will not try again just giving everyone else a heads up just go to walmart and get a frozen pizza.
