It’s a hit and miss with this particular store, however, the customer service is always up to par. The melts were not melted at all, they were hard as heck with minimal meat (I ordered the meat lovers). The pizza is still in my fridge.. I guess the best thing was the Mug but when you’re tired and unwell, decent food should come easy.

Never again will I order from this establishment. Food was hard, and it looks as if they mixed old pizza toppings in the pasta. Found black olives and banana peppers in the ALFREDO sauce. The pizza looked burnt and old toppings were used. Plus they took the delivery fee and tip to a three party and didn’t fulfill the whole order. Called numerous of times to this location. They just pick up and hang up.

I stopped ordering delivery when doordash started. Now you can’t even rely on carryout. I should have double checked but I didn’t get any of my extra sauces, 2 of my pizzas were wrong and there seems to be a lack of any kind of leadership(management)..

Open the box and look at your order before u leave the store. I ordered a dinner box, 2 meat lovers, 8 honey wings, cheesy bread. $38 dollars later I received: 1 meat lovers, 1 buffalo chicken, 8 buffalo wings, regular bread sticks. I live 20 mins away and didnt find mistake until I got home. Filled out the online survey and what did I get for a 75% incorrect/50% eatable (Buffalo sauce is nasty) order? An apology and better luck next time email from RGM of Horizon River Restaurants Tyra Smith.

This is for most the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to in my life. The Female cashier threated to fight me in the fat male cook was very rude and calling me out of my name. The cashier in the photo step from behind the Counter to engage in a physical altercation with me I had to run out of the store I need to speak to management immediately
