Decent customer service and friendly rep who answered the phone when I asked a question. The food was of good quality and the temperature was just right. This was my first time trying the melt and it was PACKED with different meats! I definitely recommend the melt, it was so full and fulfilling. I had to save some for the next day.

My experience with this Pizza Hut location has been pretty good for the most part. I’ve ordered delivery numerous times over the last few years, and the delivery drivers have always been super nice. The pizza is always delicious and the wings delicious about 75% of the time. I just wish they were consistent with providing Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes with the orders. On my recent order, I tried both the Italian Meats and Chicken Alfredo pasta. The noodles were overcooked…almost mushy, but the flavor was decent. I like the Italian Meats the best, but the Chicken Alfredo was really good after I added some seasoning salt lol.

There was not enough cheese on this pizza, which explains all the pores between the pepperoni. I walked home “1.3 miles. As expected, by the time I got home, the sliced were stiff like cardboard. 1 minute in the microwave helped some, but by the time it got to room temperature, it got ” cardboardy” again. Moral of the story, don’t buy gumbo in New York city, don’t buy new york style pizza in New Orleans. I’m not sure what caused this, but I figured I’d share.

Ordered and paid online. Had receipt and confirmation email. Was told when I arrived that my pizzas were ready, but my card was declined. I could see in my banking app that was false. They are trying to extort money. Beware of paying online for a pickup. I left with no pizza and I’ll be disputing the transaction. They were generally unpleasant the manager couldn’t be bothered to walk up to help. I’m sure the employees will enjoy their free pizza for the night even though they didn’t get the extra cash.
