I tried to give Pizza Hut another chance, I really wanted a stuffed crust pizza. Once I completed the order, I received a text saying they use DOOR DASH for delivery. I absolutely do not use door dash. Of course my order was completely wrong and I have a receipt with another customer’s information on it. TRASH TRASH TRASH. You get what you pay for by using door dash but your deals are expensive so the customer is NOT getting what we pay for. Won’t be ordering ever again and will let others know

A customer services class should be offered to all employees. Services is very trash!! You come to get your pizza because it’s ready for a certain time just to get here and your order is not even being worked on but the screen saying your food is ready.

They use DoorDash to deliver orders and there is a failure to communucate between the store employees, the Pizza Hut app, the DoorDash platform and the DoorDash driver. As such, there are horrible inaccuracies and trying to get a refund can be like trying to keep a bucket of confetti in the air while herding cats. Order in person and check your order before leaving! I ordered two personal pan pizzas one with bacon and cheese one with bacon and pepperoni. I received so much Bacon fat on my pizza there was no actual bacon. I’m extremely peed off about this. I waited so long for those pizzas I didn’t even have the energy to wait for them to remake it. That probably would have took another 45 minutes. Now I have to go home and make my own bacon to add to it
