whatever manager on duty – demarjo jamargo. unsure because she wouldn’t say it clearly or repeat it .
attitude out this world about wrong pizza. first and foremost filled with sauce after i asked light sauce. more sauce than cheese
half of one of the pizzas completely wrong
and definitely not well done.
everytime i call up here i get nothing solved. they go back and forth with you although it’s your fault.
i can not stand why they put people running a store who clearly has no respect towards the customers esp when the order is WRONG.

Chivalry is NOT dead, nor is exemplary customer service
While ordering my food, Keith noticed me shaking and asked if I was cold- I replied yes with friendly banter. He offered his jacket but I declined and went to sit outside while I waited (wasn’t out there a good minute, whewwww this New Orleans heat is something else). Anywhoo, he laughed and said I knew you’d be right back in. Outta nowhere he comes and places his jacket on me and walked off to assist other customers. I watched as he interacted with the guests, addressing customers walking in by name, with such a pleasant spirit. My wait was just a couple of mins and he acknowledged Every guest. I thanked him for such great service. He restored my faith that good customer service still exists in New Orleans!
Superb job Keith!! Management…give this young man a raise and don’t lose him! It’s hard to find employees like him.

My usual order is a personal pan pepperoni pizza w/ boneless wings. I like this because it’s the amount for just myself & I like the price. Service is good thus far,have never had any issues. My order is always ready when I arrive.

Pizza Hut reminds me of my childhood so much, especially the personal pan pizzas. Anywho, customer service at this location is always good! I tried the 6.99 box and could only eat half of it.. it’s a nice snack if you need a refuel while moving around. The ladies are sweet, helpful, and friendly. Parking isn’t too bad and there are nearby restaurants/bars/shopping, if you’re down for stretching your legs. No public restroom though. It’s situated on the side street right off of Bienvielle and Carrollton. Check them out!

If I could give negative stars I would. I can’t eat cheese, I’ve always ordered pizza with extra sauce and no cheese. The pizza I received today was black, charred black. Burnt to a crisp. When my husband called the store the lady who answered argued with my husband and hung up on him. He drove down to the location to get it remade and bad attitude Betty refused to remake it and continued to argue with him . I have never in my life experienced such terrible behaviors. That lady needs to be fired. Her behavior and words are unacceptable and have no place in hospitality. Pizza Hut should be ashamed

I wish I could give zero stars. I wish they would close this location entirely. They didnt deliver one of my pizzas. The one they did delivery was VERY undercooked we had to put it in our own oven. And hour and a half later we received our pizza they forgot,…. Also super undercooked. They have no idea what they are doing over there. This location needs to be closed

As soon as I walked into the 301 Carrollton store I was promptly greeted, placed my order and was taken care of immediately, though it was a rush hour, Azariah made sure I was taken care of for my wait time.

Food was on time. The pizza was delicious and good, but our boneless chicken had a long piece of hair in it!! I was so angry that I just threw the whole 24 peace away (lost 20.99 + tax). Hair nets should be required when making food for other people, it’s nasty and unsanitary. So I gave a 1 star.
